I just started. Im a plus size. I did 100 yesterday as i really was out of breath. I did 200 today. I will gradually add 100 more everyday.. but i will not be too hard on myself. I have pcos and i also do slow weighted exercises. Work is busy but i wanted to be better physically emotionally mentally. Working out makes me feel better.

People who are commenting 200 isn't enough. I want to say that to build bigger habits we need to start small and gradually increase the amount. It's called micro habit. If he would have had started by doing 1000,he would had probably given up in a few days . But since he started small, he kind of inculcated this habit in his daily regime. It's not always the hard work that matters.

Bhai please clarify this are you facing any hair fall issue after weight loss. Even i lost 19 kgs in 3 months from 99 to 80 kgs. Now i am facing heavy hair fall going to consult doctor soon. During weight loss journey there was no hair fall but after reducing weight it started . I took good diet during process but do not know what is the reason. ❤️ From Hyderabad.

Hi, Buddy i lost around 28 kgs, and i have the same problem; Im loosing my hair too, currently i cut my hair very short, still its falling way too much,. I consulted a doctor, she gave me a shampoo, and two tablets name is 'Trichup' and shampoo some Oriflame honey and milk, it's been a month, everything is still the same, I'm Afraid to take showers, or touch my hair, now i don't even use towel on my head, I'm treating them like some fragile glass, please suggest something if anything works for you..... I'm having the same stufff, while typing this i just rubbed my hair and when i see my palm i had 3 hairs on my hands, nothing seems to work, i eat Seafcod capsule, started protein, started oiling my head, oriflame shapoo but it's all the same, please let me know if anything works for you

seriously 200 ropes a day is not a challenge ..its just a warm up ..nd your speed is too slow ...so your 200 ropes a day is not not even a warm up..but keep trying...all d best

I'm doing 1500 skipping per day evening nd burning 500 calories through normal walk almost 15k steps pr day nd I lost 2 kg in one month is it okay or I have to do something else I will increase skipping almost 2000-2500 pr day till the ending of the next month
