People who are commenting 200 isn't enough. I want to say that to build bigger habits we need to start small and gradually increase the amount. It's called micro habit. If he would have had started by doing 1000,he would had probably given up in a few days . But since he started small, he kind of inculcated this habit in his daily regime. It's not always the hard work that matters.
I just started. Im a plus size. I did 100 yesterday as i really was out of breath. I did 200 today. I will gradually add 100 more everyday.. but i will not be too hard on myself. I have pcos and i also do slow weighted exercises. Work is busy but i wanted to be better physically emotionally mentally. Working out makes me feel better.
