Hello 👋🏽 我通常將3日嘅飯盒放保鮮格,其餘放冰格。 當食剩1日保險格飯盒,我就會將2日冰格飯盒放到保鮮格解凍。 食時只需要用微波爐加熱就可以了,非常方便。

如果雪冰格(-18°C或以下),食物裡面嘅細菌增長幾乎停止;而放係冷藏隔(7°C以下)的食物可以有效延緩微生物的生長速度~ 所以食用安全性係冇問題嘅!不過雪過落冰格嘅食物口感一般都會被改變,就會冇咁好吃的~ 我自己個人經驗就係如果煮2-3日嘅飯盒係冷藏隔,其餘放係冰格,係冇問題嘅。 但記得要將食物密封,放係密封飯盒呀!

Hello Gloria,髮型IFBB、NPC或WNBF沒有硬性規定比堅尼賽事選手需要長頭髮參賽的,我都有見過其他協會選手短頭髮上陣。這個是個人形象選擇

睇吓你係用邊一個模式減脂。如果你係用低碳,建議選擇脫脂芝士。如果選擇生酮減脂,建議選擇全脂芝士類。

hello,佢係幾點訓練?訓練完要有一段時間休息,等待parasympathetic system(呢個系統負責休息同消化) turn on翻先得。盡量安排早啲訓練~ 如果無可避免要訓教前訓練的話,試下食褪黑激素~
