I have been growing elecampane for 3 years now not really sure what to do with it. Your video has made it much less intimidating to process for the medicine cabinet. Thank you

I accidentally came across this video while searching how to make this tincture and was blown away because I’ve met you in person. You actually gifted me a love potion that you took from a natural spring. We met at Mycelium Mysteries Woman’s Retreat in Wisconsin in 2022. I think about you often and the kindness you showed to me that day. I’ll never forget it or you ❤

Thank you. I just started growing my own from seed for medicinal use and then suddenly its growing wild in my back yard. I've lived here for 3 years and never noticed. I'm ready to harvest and you helped me understand how.

Is there any swelling of the union or mis-match of vigor with C. phaenopyrum & thank you? Why the attraction to C. douglasii if I may ask? I like Phylogeny and I can't find any good Sheets on Crataegus.

Thank you for this video. I moved a year ago and unbeknownst to me I have a linden tree in my backyard. It just bloomed so I harvested the linden flowers and am now drinking my first cup of tea. It's delicious! I'm doing the second steep as well right now. Thank you for this enjoyment!

It's the cartels infiltrating the police. It's what they do. This is a military style take over under the surface. And deadbeat citizens do nothing about it.

Help! So I picked a bunch of flower dandelion but after a couple hours they closed up and when I went to remove the petals the base was all white and kind of fluffy. Can I proceed or must I start over with other flowers? Advice please? Anyone?? 😥

Can you eat them at this stage..? I was just looking up this to figure out how oats become things like steel oats. Trying to educate myself.
@eaglesonggardener1893
@eaglesonggardener1893 5 месяцев назад
Oats need to mature more and be processed to eat them which includes milling the outer husk off before grinding or rolling. They can be harvested at the milky stage and dried for oatstraw nourishing herbal infusion.

I have 2 year old Elecampane in my garden. Can I harvest it yet…? Is it more medicinal the older it gets…?
@eaglesonggardener1893
@eaglesonggardener1893 9 месяцев назад
Best to let the elecampane go 3 years to get a good storage root ball. After that you can harvest the long runner roots that come from it or lift the plant trim the root you need, divide the crown and replant. This plant is one I've been working over 30 years. The depth and beauty of learning your plant allies over time!🍃
