Aye. I've been using the knife thing forvyears works . Now, just need fray bentos to make decent tins . Only open with a oxo opener or cross cutter tin opener..
Oh my Goddd!!! Thank you so much dudeeee!!!!! I was about to have a breakdown if this jar didn't open! I don't cook often so I am not a pro. I forgot to put ginger and garlic in my sauce and then I realized so I wanted to put it and then the thing wasn't opening! and then I started missing all the men in my life! But phew thank you soo muchhh😭😭
……another quick way is to stand jar, right side up, under HOT running water. After a couple of minutes’, the heat breaks the ‘seal’, & jar opens easily………
I have been doing this for many years. I'm 74 and have been doing this for over 40 years and it's great to show everyone this simple trick. I all so use a bottle opener with the round side that does the same thing, but, you can's over power the lid. Great video for those who have a problem with jars.
