Is it just me that noticed that they let the machine hold the weight at the end of each rep??? I have tried these machines and they don’t suit short people especially leg curl machine
I just started at a new gym that has mostly Technogym equipment, and that torso rotation machine was significantly different from the previous one I used at my old gym. I couldn't tell how to switch sides, and didn't realize you had to swing the entire top portion around. The old one, I swung the seat from side to side. THANKS for demoing this...gonna watch the others in the series to make sure I know how to use these :)
dont use the rotation machine, its bad for spine, use something like cable woodchoppers or torso rotation, its way better, the abs machine is okay if you do it with proper form. You can also do cable crunches, they are better
Nice and health is wealth ,i love the machines ,super power full, super and VERY GOOD ENERYGY N NICELY POSITIVELY AND CLEAR RLY EXPLAINED ,THNKS YOU SO MUCH.wish you greate success for all your team crue.bye
I agree. I think (guess) Technogym has better and more marketing (which is partly why it is so expensive). My gym just got a bunch of their stuff and a good percentage of it is just not comfortable and does not have a good 'feel' to it. The brands you mention, as well as Cybex, all make common gym equipment that is overall better.
Keep in mind, the Five stars are based on my needs for this item ru-vid.comUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS When I first bought the bike I was going to return it immediately. After trying it out for several days/weeks I came to realize it is actually perfect for WHY I bought it.This is not a workout, the resistance is, eh, it makes a bit of noise, not loud, and it isn’t very stable even with the mat. The mat certainly keeps the bike from sliding but nothing keeps the mat from sliding (if that makes any sense, lol). Mine is place on my hard wood floor. Maybe it would be better with a rug underneath??I sit for long hours for work and wanted something to keep my legs moving. This bike does exactly that! For the price it is amazing, it is compact, easy to use, light weight, keeps track of time, calories etc (not sure how accurate it is) but good little product. I am happy with it.
Plastic body had a small chip when ru-vid.comUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS I opened from box- would have sent back but it works well- using for warming up before exercising from full knee replacement- also use several times during day to keep movement easy. Sturdy, easy to use, easy to assemble (instructions didn’t match but easy to put together). Getting the same movement as the warm up bike at PT. Would suggest to order before surgery so you have it home ready to use when you can!!! Doesn’t take up a lot of space-not heavy so easy to move- not using for arms but I think it would work just as well
Emily clearly has been using the machines 😍the other chick whose name i forgot instantly is completely out of shape 😂she has skinny legs with a square torso and and rolls in her belly 😂
Bro, I need to know how did Emily have such strong nice hips. I need to know how exactly she build that strength what kind of exercise include sets and reps !!
@@Picuasco yes she is tall but, her hips are still insane unlike the other coach every-time I see her I feel like she is a total body art her hip sculpture and total body sculpture is on another level!
@@Sam_speed_sub12 Yes it is true you are right. Her hips are very sensual. I don't know if they are the result of working out in the gym or if she is just like that. Certainly a man's eye pop out of their sockets to see those hips.
i've been wanting to go to the gym this year but the overwhelming feeling of the machines hindered me a lot causing me to have anxiety and stress; i really want to thank you for such a simple and clear video on how to use these machines since the gym im planning to go to has technogym ones :)
Emily has a lot of cellulite. Why doesn't she do something about it or more better, hide it. Definitely not ideal havinf it on display to motivate lower limb workouts. Yuk.
