Sweetheart, I know that you have suffered longer than my sons but PTSD is no joke ! You are loved my dear! You are now in my prayers. My sons all 3 suffer still from PTSD. After all these years, they still have their problems. It hurts my heart to know that the only thing in this world that I can do for them,you and others with PTSD is pray. They did an amazing job on Tyler’s new space. Also love how they also did things for his service pup. The two of them are going to absolutely love their new space and I’m sure his recovery is going to get better and better! Just having that independence and privacy is huge for any young person but especially one who’s gone through what he has and lost everything and had to relearn how to live again.
Dad is doing an amazing job!! Both boys are wonderful young men. I hope dad watched their episode so he could hear all the great things his sons said about him. I can’t imagine how hard it’s been loosing his wife and best friend and the kids loosing their mom but he is doing a great job! His wife would be very proud of all three of them. Also love that they had their cooking class. I just watched her kitchen Reno right before this and she was such a perfect person to come in and teach them.
Such a deserving woman! She has made everything work so she could give her kids everything. She could have also most def left her job working for the school and got a better paying job years ago, but you can tell she not only loves cooking but making sure the kids have good healthy meals every day.
Nice but, at those boys age especially the two older teens, they alsi need privacy. And it's not only about bringing "girls" or "boys" (don't know why parents and people like to assume that their offspring(s) is straight) over. Nothing irks a kid who already knows their sexuality more than hearing parents talk like that. Because they already putting out what they expect from you. And that is what keeps some in the closet. I guess the boys will go to the bathroom when they want some self time.
Kind of unnerved by the sourpuss reaction of the older brother in the hoodie during the reveal. No emotion whatsoever, and he appears to have no joy for the needed accessibility that his opened up for his little bro. Smile, for God's sake, dude!

I'm really impressed with her boys. They seem like really decent guys. I hope that 4 years later that they are doing well. Can't imagine how much may have changed in their lives since then.
Even living in general population in prison at least there’s 5 feet walls dividing spaces and only one person sharing those walls with you instead of two. 5 feet walls not even reaching the ceiling are better than no walls
Like why can't you just use a lil bit space in the garage for 1 room for one of the boys? and then 2 rooms in the basement so they'll finally have their own privacy. They're just too nice to say something, i mean i would be greatful with whats done but it would've been better if they didn't touch the daughters room if budget is keeping them from doing it. im pretty sure theyll be blown away if they did the latter coz theres too much empty space in the garage that wont probably be used.
im glad i wasn't the only one wishing for the boys to have their separate rooms, instead of fixing the daughter's room who is alrready privileged to have her own room. When i saw the 3 beds i was shocked to say the least, its just re arranging their beds with decent surroundings. The boys made it known that they dont have privacy, just a major disappointment
