The last stretch exercise i feel a bit of pain. Even when i dont force it.. how do i work with that? And actually when I do it my body feels twisted?. What does that mean?

It’s lightweight enough that my friend could carry it up or down stairs when we needed to. (I can walk very short distances) It was comfortable for me to sit in, I would say if you’re super tall it might be a little cramped. I’m 5’1” and the foot rests were the perfect height. This may not be the best one for long term use, you get what you pay for, but for something that fits our budget that gives me accessibility while we deal with my health this was amazing.
Pls help me i tried this today as I'm generally so so weak..especially upper body..but I just did the wall touching one without bottle. I feel such tightness in my neck all sudden like I cant breath ..its uncomfortable n bit painful...I hve so much weakness n muscle problems
It is very basic but to be honest, its want I need right now. My body becomes weak and when I tried to search online, all the suggestions are a little bit hard for me until I see this one. Thank you for making this video, you helped a lot!
I'm recovering from C-19. 90 days later still tired.. My arms and legs are so weak but we cannot do exercise.. Already fatigue.. Need to do something to strengthen my army legs back I think this might help..
I can carry about 50 lbs no proble but was wondering y I could hold things above my head for too long. Thx for the exercise I didn't realize I had muscle weakness
