I remember watching this video years ago when it first came out and being so impressed. Even 10 years later this is still some really impressive building.
How people are able to make such elaborate machines is beyond me... Well done! Such a fascinating tale! Such a tragic ending! And such fitting music! Bravo all around!
To be honest would yellow be a good colour in space which is black I mean if they wanted to be stealthy they could of choosen darker colours of put some weapons on that doesn't take 5 minutes to get ready for use

it IS super fun and addictive, but it has a steep learning curve. and you need imagination in order to build cool stuff and set up fun scenarios yourself 🙂
Grinders make too clean cut. Drills are for ripping the hull apart. It is slightly slower, but damages more blocks at a time. Also - it may be for the purpose of proper working robotics, since gronders will fill up with matetials, become heavier and you'll have to clean it or put a conveyor on it, while drills - won't fill up... Also it looks cooler. More feral.
I noticed those are drilled and not saws, are resources even being collected or is it just being broken up and taken? Also how does the mag arm work with three points of movement so fluidly?
This isn’t the most practical way to do it, drills destroy blocks, and drop scrap metal, and the antennas can’t actually hold on to anything. It’s just one of the many fun things to do
@@lucasthewoof I'm pretty sure the whole point is to not pick up materials with the drills. It seems like they idea is that the ship is just meant to collect particularly valuable components, without filling up on cheap materials from the hull.
