Always did great at internal exams hosted by school, but got U in boards. I know the content very well but idk what went wronggg. Im so frustrated 😢 gimme some tips please
I'm doing Maths and Further Maths at A-level and have done some revision on the newer topics and did Maths and Further Maths GCSEs so, hopefully, it won't be a drastic jump and I very much agree with the part about practicing. I think practice questions are the best method of revision to do and I highly doubt I would have gotten the 9s that I did if I didn't do a whole bunch of practice questions (for reference, I got a low 7 at the end of Year 10, in my mock, then got a 9 in both Maths and Further Maths in my actual GCSEs).While I think I do naturally enjoy Maths, I don't always understand it naturally so I think that making sure you understand a topic as well as doing a bunch of practice questions is probably a good move too. I am speaking as someone who hasn't even started Sixth Form or College yet so I might not actually have the best advice lol.
Hello there!This was the first time I found your channel and i really really really love your channel!Im currently in 8th grade and due to corona i haven’t been able to study nicely for the past 2 years…I was really lost as to how i should study and most people suggested making mind-maps and flashcards.However,I wasn’t so sure as to how i could actually make them effectively..So when browsing through youtube i stumbled upon your video and voíla! I got on offer from york for next year, but looking at the accomodation prices, id have to get my first, second or possibly thrid choice of accomodation to be able to afford to rent and also afford food lmao might risk it idk
idek there was a GCSE for it (wasn't an option at my school) but I'm doing it for a level in September because it sounded interesting and I'm just browsing around to see what it's about and what to learn. Also my sixth form has limited options of a level but I'm doing maths physics chem too (further maths if I get an 8 in maths). Thank you this video was really helpful. I'm planning on doing it for AS though so I can focus more on the other subjects in A2.
