US Digital designs and manufactures motion control products for OEM manufacturers as well as end users. Motion control building blocks include absolute and incremental magnetic and optical encoders, inclinometers, interfaces, drives, cables, couplings and more. Application examples range from motors, solar and renewable energy to medical, industrial automation, robotics and textiles.
With best-in-industry lead times, standard orders ship in just a few days. US Digital has served the motion control industry for over 30 years.
I don’t mean to be that guy but in machining if there’s anything I’ve learnt it’s that there’s ALWAYS some kind of variation with the measurements. But sometimes it can be so small it’s a microscopic difference.
Are you short of operators? Proficient in operating Makino, Sodick and Agie Charmilles, skilled in using AUTOCAD, UG and Esprit, and able to program. Currently in China, I want to work in the United States.
I am now working on M3K MINIATURE MAGNETIC INCREMENTAL ENCODER Item Number M3K-P-8192-5-236-5-M-B.i have mounted this encoder on Stepper motor & issue I am getting is When stepper motor is normally powered with power supply or by any controller, encoder start generating pulses of around 1 to 2 kHz & having different width & time period but when stepper motor rotates it works perfectly Giving perfect 90 Degree phase difference signal of A & B channel but when we stop rotation of stepper motor it Again start generating Random pulses !! I have also used DC motor with mounting same encoder & getting same issue so please help us & provide useful solution as possible please.
