I'm training for a half marathon. I've had a hard time seeing myself completing the race. Ive tried to imagine what it will be like to cross the finish line so that I dont get discouraged while training. Is this bad?

Maybe this is why it’s said: don’t make yourself an image of any form. Heavens above, waters below, male or female, etc. that painting in itself could be considered blasphemous by some. Maybe they are not mocking it but recreating the sin in itself to cause a reaction of something that some people are starting to worship(considered holy)

I felt that the bread and wine were being supplanted by the platter of blasphemy. Like the bread and wine now is fornication and blasphemy. The platter on top of the table was a portrayal of the new sacred of the worlds order.
I used to firmly believe in pre-tribulation rapture and even my church in which in which I grew up in taught that. GLORY GLORY GLORY TO THE HOLY SPIRIT for opening my eyes!!! I di not however think that we would be "here" for the pouring out of if the bowls of the Wrath of GOD because JESUS already delivered us from The Wrath of THE FATHER. The secret is in the timing, NOT the event. No secret rapture supported in scripture. The "secret rapture" is a fictional novel.
Actually Jesus said you can’t know the day or hr, the day of the Lord, you know the day and hr because the timeline is spelled out. Also the wrath of God is not designed for the bride of Christ, that is clear in scripture.
@ryanesau8147 of course the wrath of God is not for the saints, it's for the wicked. That doesn't mean we won't go through it and be protected by God. Just as the children of Israel went through the plagues of Egypt but they were not affected because they were covered by Christ. "We are not appointed for God's wrath" doesn't mean "Secret Rapture" that false doctrine needs to be, well, left behind

Matthew 13:38-39 Both the wicked (weeds), and the righteous (wheat), grow together until the end of the world (the day of the Lord). Then the wicked (weeds) get taken first, and thrown into the fire and burned up. THEN the righteous (wheat) are gathered unto the barn (heaven). Please read your Bible folks. There is NO scripture that supports a secret rapture.
