Can someone please explain this to me. I am new to all this home buying process. I definitely understand buying 2 new cars at same time is stupidly, but why is the lender scared. And what is he refinancing…his house
Thank you! How many videos I have watched that have not properly explained or even mention the fact that a date matters. you are way better then ALL the dozens of videos that I have watched, I won't be signing many more of these contracts as a seller . The seller has too much liability once they sign. Also I will only sell to mom and pop. In Florida we have a lot of unethical investors that take advantage of the elderly. As soon as I got sick and my voice is more strained now. Some assume I am stupid.
His Majesty Charles the Third owns every square millimeter of land here in Canada. He grants you a lease to your property. If that lease is 50 years or more, then it is in the form of a deed. A deed: unlike a lease/ is something you may sell, trade or pass on to your heirs and successors. For the benefit of my American readers, His Majesty also owns every square inch of land in the USA. However, you don't refer to that concept as His Majesty. You call it "The Right of Imminent Domain"
So you ensure clear title? Can you explain how property is sold with a clouded title? It seems to me the property keeps getting sold rapidly so the newer owners don’t see the “cloud”?
That's pretty funny. Today I received an email from Signature Closers stating that they handle "quick claim deeds." I'm pretty convinced that no one there knows a drop about real estate or notary work!
