Looks like you know what is healthy and what causes problems. You mentioned grass-fed and you used avocado oil. Good choices. I need to get some iron because I’m anemic and I’m starting with heart. Thanks for the tips!
Actually that makes sense. My boxer scarfs down dinner in a minute. I didn't think that their teeth aren't meant to chew things. Learn something new every day.
The beast steak sandwich I ever had was a lamb heart marinated in EVOO and lemon juice, seared on a flat top on a fresh chibatta roll with a bit of horseradish and arugula. A lot of effort for one sandwich, but worth it.
I always loved chicken hearts, but I picked up a beef heart the other day to start feeding my dogs a raw diet by mixing it in their kibble. I sliced a steak size portion for myself it it was so delicious. Have to go get another one soon, I'll defiantly be eating it more often.
I was looking on RU-vid to find a julienne slicer and saw this one that looked like my old one. I looked for "zoodlemaker" but did not find one available. It looks like the Polyzand from Australia which they are selling on their website and also on Ebay in the US. I had a Borner (Swissmar) that I used for carrots for my coleslaw that was the1.5mm size. This looks like the Polyzand 3mm size which Ihave never owned but seems like it could also be useful. I never thought of using this for celery or cabbabe! Great idea. I think I am going to get both sizes from Polyzand.
Just had beef heart for the first time ever. Marinated it in balsamic vinegar for a few hours, grilled it up just like a steak to medium rare, sliced it thinly and put it on a fresh baguette with sauteed mushrooms and mayo, Delicious! I'm a fan.
I recently found out that dogs eat grass so they can vomit, as dogs can’t actually digest grass they “eat” when they feel sick, so they can vomit out what Evers making them feel sick
Oo that looks good. I would leave the fat. Tons of riboflavin which is important for mitochondrial function. Seed oil has linoleic acid which in abundance impairs metabolism.
@@aidengriffith8208 Garlic is toxic for dogs. I had to rush my neighbor's dogs to the hospital because it got into see garlic pills. Check it out on google.
@@liam1342 dude, it tajes 15-30 grams of garlic per kilogram of mass for a dog to get sick off of garlic. Yes, too much garlic can give a dog a bad time, and cats are 6 times more likely to develop garlic poisoning than dogs, but that dude was just Giving a small amount of garlic powder, not even a gram. Chill out the dog is fine.
Mine have raw food if they gobbled that down it's going to course problems and a true dog's don't want to sleep all day and night most dog's can travel 50 klms a day
looks great :-) however, fat is not the enemy, carbs and sugar are the enemy (keto girl lol) fat is where the fat soluble vitamins are and not to mention flavor YUM
LOVE the video Steven! I import and brand them but can't take credit for inventing them. So kind of you to mention me though. Love your work on camera.
