I would go for the 2nd house. It was detached, had a proper garage and annex on top, and the outdoor cooking and entertainment area was also beautiful. On the inside, I loved the spacious master bedroom, the clean, and updated look of the kitchen even though it was the smallest out of the homes, as well as the downstairs bathroom.
Qld summer temps exceed 30 degrees Celsius pretty much all the time, it is WINTER moving into spring and it was 35 in the middle of day and is currently 31.
I would have no hesitation in choosing the third house. Views of the ocean which is only a few minutes away. Airy, light, and space in the attic for the Batman collection. AND astonishingly inexpensive. Lot of money left over. I'd love to live there for me but for the dogs too. I'd love walking while they're running. Paradise.
I enjoyed watching this episode. Lovely host and lovely couple. Hard decisions no doubt, but do hope they are happy where they choose to live. It's great they want to be close to their son.
"The breeze wafted off that loch, and I smelt a deal" Nobody quite like him, we appreciated his charm, tact and wit. Love and respect Johnny RIP May happiness come back to his wife and children one day as he hoped for them, there will always be warmth they can keep in their hearts knowing how loved he was and still is by so many people around the world. From a grateful viewer in New Zealand
Greetings from Canada thanks for sharing this video and i always enjoy nicky Chapman and her easy way to do her job convincing possible buyers into their next property but how come homes in the uk don't have basements & the range we call an oven a snug is the tv room
Because the homebuyers didn’t let them know! The couples always say they’ll let them know how things go, but many don’t.😢 If you hear,” If you’d like…”, then you know there’s no information from the house hunters.
Biomass Energy is the furthest thing from Environmentally Friendly. Love your show. I just learned Johnny died. Oh no he was the best part of the show and a real great guy. I’m so sorry !
A friend of mine who had horses and mules adopted a donkey. It was horrible, kept attacking the other animals, biting chunks out of them kicking them and would also attack any humans. He finally had to get rid of it. He felt bad for it, AA he figured it had been abused, but he couldn't risk more harm done to his other animals or him
The forest of Dean is gorgeous. It's a beautiful woodland area and it's lush with the changing weather too. Mist swirling through the trees is so dreamy, sunny days with the shadows and magical sun rainbows in a kaleidoscope of colours shimmering through the tree canopy, shining rain drops like jewels clinging on to the leaves, puddles like pools to jump in, crisp, cold weather, clouds of breath and bare trees with icicles hanging off them, blustery wind taking the leaves dancing and painting the air, new growth in the spring and the fresh welcome burst of green off set by the carpets of blue. Oh yes absolutely gorgeous all year round in any season in any weather
