Welcome to my new channel. I'm an expat residing in Mexico. I'm currently making mods for the game Fallout 4 in my spare time. Fallout 4 has an ESRB rating of 17+ Mature due to its extreme violence, strong language and use of drugs, keep this in mind when browsing this channel and any future videos I may or may not upload. (The mods and videos themselves are NOT ESRB rated. All mentions of ESRB ratings apply only to the base game itself.)
My work includes quest mods such as Father Companion, Subversion and Marked For Termination as well as more funny mods like Journey to the Sun and Talk Like Arnie.
took some searching, but after disliking the video for keeping the mod name to himself, I found that it's called: Journey to the Sun - An Unofficial Fallout 4 Expansion, and can be found on Nexus Mods
hi i was wondering will this be pc/xbox only or ps5 as well cos i was wondering as to why subversion isnt on ps4/ps5 a nice answer would be appreciated thank you
PS4 makes it almost impossible to support a mod like Subversion. PS5, I'm not sure? Does it support mods that are more complex than a simple .esp file?
@@GameWatcher703 It's not about size, it's impossible to add scripts, voices, new models to PS4. Subversion is heavily scripted, so recreating it on PS4 would take a massive effort and it wouldn't be very immersive, it would feel pretty awkward actually.
Why are the women wayyy better voice actors while the men are just damn funny ? 😭😭.. I’ve played fallout4 as both genders and I died at all the stuff Nate has said throughout the game 💀.
Seeing as super mutants aren't a faction in this game I really do not get giving a companion who is literally just one of the dumb dumb super mutants you find and fight throughout the game. He has no character growth, no backstory Beyond being an idiot and misconstruing "milk of human kindness" ( which if I remember correctly was actually an insult from Lady Macbeth to her husband calling him a coward) for a real ingestible liquid. You can only improve your relationship with him by using the cannibal perk repeatedly and he dislikes you using power armor. I have played Fallout 3 New Vegas and four and of those games I'm going to say strong is the worst companion barring a few funny lines of dialogue and it's those few funny moments are any Shakespearean writing that overwhelmed the fact that he wants to eat dogmeat. Hell the way four handled the physics I would argue he's the weakest super mutants in terms of gameplay I imagine he's still very literally strong and capable of carrying a lot of stuff but there are far more likeable pack mules.
Helping people and choosing violence over diplomacy are two main ways to improve your relationship with Strong. Using power armor, stealing, picking locks, hacking terminals, and just overall being mean to people you meet will make him dislike you.
I don't give two shits if it is lore friendly or not mods make me feel dirty and I just like to build and shoot things anyway so vanilla game with DLC is just fine for me.
Institute: murderers. Railroad: self-deluded fools. Brotherhood: fascists. Minutemen: bunglers. No matter how hard I try to make a different story, I always end up helping the bunglers.
I see it more as: Institute - scientific dictatorship/dystopia/communists Railroad - social justice warriors Brotherhood - fascists (got that right) Minutemen - libertarians (albeit some pretty helpless ones)
It’s strange that Bitesda didn’t add a logical option to “Father’s” question: What is your motive for destroying the institute. "Why am I doing this? Because the first thing I saw when I woke up was 2 killers who kill my wife (If you are a male character) or husband (if you are a female character) and steal my child, then my own son releases me to freedom and instead of taking me to a safe place, he simply watches me like a laboratory rat, whether I survive or not. And after all this, you ask me why I’m doing this, well, I don’t even know what to answer... " such dialogue would be good. Instead of those that Bitesda inserted!
I like the Institute. Personally I love their jumpsuits, the hooded clean room suit, and the X-O1 power armor with Institute paint job. I'm a guns over energy weapons person anyway.
Now I want to see you to do the DLC quests - Destroy all of Far Harbour after letting them kill Dima (Since you didn’t do their personal quests) and destroying his home. Optionally destroy the children of atom as well. - Kill the Mechanist, even if they reveal themselves and is revealed to be misunderstood. - Do all the morally evil choices with the experiments in Vault 88. - Go to Nuka World, become overboss and take over every settlement to assign a gang to each one.
Not to mention, in real life. Are people with memory loss... Not people? Being able to give synths essentialy memory loss on command doesn't really prove they're not humans at all
Damn the fucking boy. I have all the scientists and destroy the whole of the building. Steel Brotherhood Forum The best terminal (remembered this is my end. I do not care about your end)
I started playing Fallout 4 for the first time in 2024 just a few weeks before the Fallout Series came out. It was fun until recently. My last two play throughs are messed up. As soon as I get in the institute now I can’t fast travel and can’t leave the institute. WTF? I used a cheat to get out but still couldn’t fast travel. Had to go back to a previous save before I was in the institute.
@@Salemchevy I had the conversation with the Dr. She says I’m giving you this chip so you can fast travel in and out anytime you want. Hand me your Pipboy. But she never takes my pipboy and never gives me the chip. I played this before the recent update and it worked fine.
Idiot Savant proc on the silver shroud dialogue was actually perfect. Crazy how a mod author using reused lines can make a better story than Bethesda. Fuck you, I have 28 charisma, I should be able to convince the institute when they already have doubters. It should just come at the cost of killing the brotherhood, so you can keep 3/4 alive, just a different 3/4 in the “perfect ending”
@@Bobo-ox7fj I know a lot of voice actors personally, some well-known ones. It's tough to find work and they don't make a ton of money. Not going to weigh in on whether using AI voices for mods is right or not, but whatever experience you think you have with voice actors raking in insane amounts of money is dead wrong.
