Loved this episode! I found you three recently and I’ve been consistent at the gym and when I think about the type of people I’d like to find on this new journey it’s people like you. Id love to do a triathlon next year. So inspiring ❤️
This was truly inspirational and I didn’t realise until I watched this how much of an inspiration Steph truly is. You all are. I can relate to what Steph said so much about those that support her and when they aren’t around. I’ve realised I need to stop letting those type of people leave and keep the ones that are there for the good and the bad.
Watching and listening back to this has really made me so emotional (shock). Thank you so much guys for having me back on, it's made me sit in my achievements this morning and really lifted me up :'). I'm so grateful for our friendship <3. & thank you to everyone who tunes in and listens/ watches this, feel the fear.. do it anyway xxxxxxx
Anyas story is amazing! I find it awful that she has to endure so much toxicity when folks can’t believe what she has achieved. But then again, I get many toxic comments each week belittling my achievements or telling me I know nothing. Some sad people out there!
What a powerful interview. I’m a college runner who has been seriously struggling after a successful first marathon to embrace “hard” again. 3 miles feels like a battle some days and I give in when I never used to. THANK YOU ALL FOR THE VULNERABILITY AND ENCOURAGEMENT!!!
I'm not gonna lie, but she's one of the few people that inspire me to take running seriously. She's so relatable, she was an average person (not an athlete meaning) and has accomplished so much by simply putting in the effort and actually enjoying what she was doing.
Another great episode! I love these podcasts because they have opened the doors for me to see and hear different people's journeys. I definitely would not know or follow half the people I have without you both. Thank you x
Great interview! Anya’s story is so interesting and inspiring, and you both did a really good job of delving into some questions that in other interviews they didn’t go into as much depth ❤
Do sport specific training if that’s your goal. Don’t go and chose a bunch of different programs. That’s the point he’s trying to make. Because those other programs might interfere with each other.
