If I could play my fav deck, Bonney, and not have to play into Lucci or 14 BLuffy, I wouldn't ever complain about OPTCG. But the more I play it in these last 2 months, especially at events with prizing on the line, the more apparent it is that black is the best by a country mile. I am back on BY because it is the only deck with reliable access to Sabo, the best counter to removal (also a black card 😢). If it didn't get Jack or Who's Who, it would still be the best color by a wide margin. You can cut any effect on Jack, and it would still be played. The card screams "Nadu" design. I will never understand the Nami hate when black doesn't let you untap with anything. It's worse than the "solitaire" that Nami puts you through because at least into Nami, you can still play your creatures and be a participant and choose when to and not to attack. Nami also doesn't force you to play black for Sabo access either (Seriously, I cannot stress how insanely messed up it is that you have to play black have a chance to beat black 💀). TLDR: It is a super dead meta. You can have infinitely more fun if you pretend that black does not exist at locals. I know Doffy is gonna be the next new hotness, but I know that Lucci will take over soon. They don't need much to clear all the small 4Cs that Doffy can spam. Black is just so strong that the rest of the colors are still playing catch-up. Play Lucci or BY and spam Sabo. Black players continue to do your thing and spam black. You need to get these busted cards banned asap plz 🙏🙏🙏
You hit the mark about reiju. Overall the mu you wanted got harder and Black Maria only helps your going first curve and makes your high roll even higher. The effort it takes to pilot the deck just isn’t there for the current payoff after the 07 format. Also I was the reiju that you were referring to
Interesting how you went for life most of the game, I might try that, as having my board cleaned each turn makes it difficult to deal with their board, so rather go for 1-2 swings at face each turn.
i dont bother trying to clear their board since in a race, they have to allocate more don just to hit lead which puts them behind tempo. The worst possible outcome against removal heavy decks is that they have 2-3 life when you have zero board and your hand is nearing empty

I am sry but this game couldnt take in cosideration, that saka player play so bad, its impossible resolving 3 moria and still lose to enel his attack decision was wrong since they eneter late game
