You get attached to people, goals and things when you are not well connected with yourself. When you are complete within yourself you will not have the tendency of attaching and will be in flow. Hence bring your energy back to yourself, love yourself, cater to your needs. This is a good question. Shall l make a video on this?

🔥This is how you can start acknowledging yourself: 1️⃣. Make a list of all the things you struggled with earlier which are now easy for you. Ex: getting vsa and flights used to make my anxious. Now its a child's play for me 2️⃣. What all progress points you appreciate in others? Start appreciating the same in you. Ex: When I see someone creating a different kind of piece of content I appreciate them and myself for doing the same. 3️⃣. Set small goals for yourself during the day. Break down your goals and celebrate when each is done. Ex: 10 minutes of yoga today. 5 minutes of meditation. Writing 2 mails etc. You got this! Acknowledge your progress 👇 If you struggle with acknowledging yourself and your progress, I got you. I always focussed on hustling more and never pause to appreciate all the things I had created. It eventually caused burn out and dissatisfaction. After acknowledging 1% progress everyday I got very fast with my work and started enjoying it even more.
1️⃣ Acceptance: You are not the only person who is feeling this and it's not the last time. The more you reduce the size of this in your mind the faster you get out of this state. 2️⃣ Resetting Goals: Let go of the goals that you are ambitious about right now and set way smaller goals. Ego makes us slower. Working as per human psychology will get you results. Example: Goal: lose 5 kgs. New goal: Go for a 5 minutes run in the morning thrice this week. Then increase that to 7 minutes. 3️⃣ Inspired action: Rather than forcing yourself to do something ask yourself what you are inspired to do in the moment. And stop fighting with yourself. The less you act as a strict parent to yourself the more inspired moments you will have to act.
Very true, but just because you don't NEED a man, it doesn't mean that men are bad or that having one doesn't add to your life. I'm very independent but my life would be much harder and much less enjoyable without my husband.
