what is your recommendation for a moisturizer after applying the hyaluronic acid...I am new to this! You inspired me to buying the Avene thermale mineral water and Pestle & Mortar hyaluronic acid. However I'm unsure which cream I should lock it in with...?? Thanx Lucille 💕
I am amazed at how makeup has changed. I'm in my 50's and have never been interested in makeup but have probably worn it about 15 days total in my life due to peer pressure, like for photos and holidays. It's just not for me, and haven't touched it in over 20 years. However, I really enjoyed watching your application and personal take on it while having a catch up chat.
Lovely catch up and thank you! The make up looked fab btw! I am a bit late to this party I'm afraid but wanted to find out how you were getting on! Can't wait for the next Catch up!
We've all been there. Reno's are mind consuming and yes it's all fine and will remain fine.. It's the dust that's hard to deal with and the cold even though you put up curtains. But again it will be fine.
I'm planting a 3 month-low growing bulb mixture in our front lawn. In the springtime I will see crocuses, snakes had frittilery, squill, snow drops and other 4-6 inch tall bulbs. I also jist received a variety of daffodils that are all the double pedal varieties. I forget the names but I am very much looking forward to Spring and seeing all the new growth. I'm so excited to see all the changes to your garden and the home renovation is so exciting.
Oh your home and garden will be beautiful x I planted lots of tulips I’ve just been in the garden to tidy and the squirrels 🐿️ have dug them all up 😂🤣🤪
The extension is coming along great. I’ve been planting bulbs in pots lasagne style. Large daffs, tulips, tete a tete daffs and then crocus and snowdrops. You could do a few for your patio area they’ll be lovely to look at in the spring until you can get planting again in your garden 🪻🌷💐
So glad your new addition will be completed by the holidays. French doors to view your garden will be delightful. (one of the best things ever) Be patient your reward will follow. Love the makeup. Thanks for the chat and peek at the addition. Have a great week.
Love your excitement. And yes take your time when it’s time to decorate. You and Cathyren will have so much fun going to the garden center next spring.
Happy Sunday Karen! Your makeup looks amazing! Need to look for the max factor. I have trouble finding a foundation. Rosacea is making my skin not very happy with the colder weather. Lots of breaking out. I usually use a bb cream. The eye shadow looks fab. I actually thought you put on 2 colours lol So happy for you and your mum that the renos have started!! It's all going to look amazing 🤩 I'm planting garlic, alliums and sowing different milkweed seeds in a patch.
From what you showed it’s looking so good. Really looking forward to seeing your kitchen selection and layout, maybe with the reasons why you selected and laid it out as you have chosen? If you have any plans you can show of the extension that would be so interesting - helps to see the concept to the reality. I’m sure it’s going to be fab 😊
Springtime here in NZ. The garden is coming alive with the freesias, bluebells etc. I planted David Austin roses last year and they are looking so healthy. Looking forward to the blooms. Lots of weeding ….. Hang in there. Your extension will be done before you know it and will be fabulous😊 Hugs
YOU INSPIRE ME! Thank you. I've been putting off my home renovation for too many years, but watching this video makes me feel more encouraged to get started. My current major task in the garden is trying to be creative in finding ways to keep the squirrels who live in my oak tree from digging up and destroying all my hard work in propagating my beloved flowers for next year. I take hours to carefully prepare a dozen little future plants, and within 5 minutes of me turning my back, each little pot has been turned over and dumped out (it's acorn season here in Northern California). They also enjoy digging up the roots of my mature plants. I can't win. I don't do bulbs because I always felt they were too confusing. I was raised by two gardeners who never did bulbs, so I think I'm missing that gene. I'm more of a geranium, rose, camellia kind of girl. Thanks for an inspiring video. Your eyes look so pretty and green in that jumper!
Oh my goodness, I should have counted how many times you said, “but it’s fine”…. 😅. Just remember it will be grand (as you would say) when it is finished. Hang in there and try to enjoy the process…I’ll be thinking of you. 😊🙏🧡
Love seeing the progress and so excited for you! I’m not planting for spring, but I am diving into planning for a rose garden and preordering roses. I could use thoughts and prayers for those roses because I am a beginner. Lol
I love my garden room, you won’t regret building it, all the work we do in the garden it’s lovely to have a room where you can sit and admire your results xxx
Hi Karen good to see you. Love the make up. I'm so out of date with the price of make up.. I really need to get some basics but I struggle with my eye sight to get the right colours l9l
I love seeing the work on your extension,Karen! The builders are making fantastic progress. I’m planting some snowdrops and hyacinths which I picked up in the Garden House.(I know it’s one of your favourite places) Excited to see how much is done in the next video! 🥰
I had a garden room extension built 7 years ago, a year before I retired. The front of my home is North facing and so the lounge gets no sun at all and I wanted a sunny south facing room to read in and enjoy my retirement and it's proved to be the best money I've ever spent as I spend most of my day there. I hope your extension brings you as much joy as mine has brought me.❤❤
There’s no way you look 47 your amazing I honestly thought you were in your early 30s…I love your videos and can’t wait to see the progress of the Reno’s ❤🏠
I had a garden room built and it was the best thing I did, I use it summer and winter. I laughed so much at your plank sorry as it is something I would do. I hope the rest of the build goes well it will be so worth it.
Trust the process, when the extention is finished it will look great. I'm planting tons of Alliums, Téte-a-Téte daffs, Mixed Dwarf Daffs, Ixia, Téte-aTéte Tulips, Brodiaea and hopefully more different bulbs. I also have different seeds, (free with magazine), as well. Ineec to get into the garden and get it tidied 1st though, ready for the coming winter months. 😂😂😂
