I am just seeing this. I have been taking care of my youngest daughter who was in a very bad automobile accident. I am glad to see you had a safe trip here and back. Use an ice pack on places u been cracked for 20 minutes make sure u put a towel between ur skin n ice pack but that help with the pain after the chiropractor

I see a chiropractor for neck and lower back pain. I go every two weeks, and he keeps everything adjusted and feeling good! I just turned 74 (😳😂) and have gone to him for many years. Also, I wear orthotics in my shoes that Dr. G (my chiropractor) had made for me. I'm wondering if orthotics might help you? They are like a sole that goes inside your shoes. Also, have they told you to put ice on your hip after your adjustments? Maybe ask them about it. ❤ Great video as always, I'm glad you all had fun! 😊❤
Hey Friend, Happy Tuesday. I have never been to a chiropractor before so thank you for giving us a little insight about them. I’m hoping you get everything fixed within your body and that you have a speedy recovery. I try not to take medicine unless I absolutely need it. 😅😊 Happy Birthday to your mom I hope she had a good one. My birthday was last Wednesday the 18th and I chose a cookie cake as well. 😅 I am 25 and I have never been to a club. 😂
Hi Ashley, I always enjoy your vlogs. I absolutely love your hair with the blonde! The other day one of your old cleaning videos popped up on the tv and I watched it while recovery from a hangover🤣 I got emotional seeing how much your kids have grown, reminds me to stop and appreciate my own.
