I have done keto on and off for years. My experience you have to stay below 20 net carbs in the beginning to get into ketosis. The diet you seem to be doing is more like maintenance. It’s tough the first couple weeks but I promise the hunger will go away and it will make intermittent fasting easy. You look great maybe your body is also telling you you don’t need to lose weight 💕

Ashley, I thought I would let you know the easiest way to make hard boiled eggs so they will peel like a gem. I take a serving spoon on the wide end of the egg and tap it till you hear it crack. It’s okay if it cracks. Boil them as you would usually. Then put in ice water. The peel comes off so easily!! I do it and it works great! 😊

Omg! I bought the same purse from Amazon in brown! I love it! I had to make the eggs with broccoli and mushrooms after seeing your meal. Delicious! (That pasta meal looked good too!)

I would drill more holes in the bottom of your planters next time. And you can put a layer of mulch (3-4 inches or so) at the bottom also, that’s what I always do. Helps with drainage. I love your new house, the yard is so pretty too!! ☀️☀️☀️

I don’t do traditional “keto” but when I start a low carb diet I always feel ravenous at first. But that’s what I love about low carb. I can eat a couple slices of bacon, string cheese, some cz and pepperoni. Until that “food noise” quiets down.

Love that!! I am definitely starting to feel better and not so ravenous 😅 I actually feel like my appetite has gone down now to less then what it used to be. 🙌🏼 and I don’t have those cravings like I used to for sweets after a meal

@@AshleysBusyLife oh that’s odd! If the taking it as a pill works then maybe just take it with your coffee if you weren’t already!! I watched a video from a doctor who said vitamins Berberine & Panax Ginseng act similarly to ozempic but obviously natural & WAY cheaper lol supposed to suppress appetite!

I’m eating it’s just my body is craving sugar so bad it’s telling me I’m starving even when I keep eating. It’s so hard to describe. 😅 I’m finally starting to feel better now on it!! 🙌🏼

Hi, the garden is looking awesome, but maybe put in afew more holes in each bucket. Yes, I like the blond in your hair. But you need a good conditioner or a treatment that your new home hairstylist will know. I was a hairstylist for years. But haven't done it for a long time. So I'm sure there are new products for your dry hair now. There was one with a combination 2 or 4 conditioners we would put them together & leave it on your hair for 10 to 20mins covered. The longer the better. Then rinse it out! It'll feel so silky & tangle free, it's amazing! So ask about that or something like it! She'll know! Yeah the red hair would look good too. But red hair is hard to keep in. And if you already have red, it's very hard to change colors. You don't look round face. Have some curls hang down in front, that'll look cute or part it on the side! Up your protein portions and make giant veggie plates for volume. Play with your fats too! I could NOT do higher fat than protein. Most do moderate protein high fat. You might do better with less fat and more protein

Hello Ashley, I couldn’t do Keto it made me really sick, my Dr didn’t advise it for me. I went on a low cholesterol diet and lost 32 pounds. Athan is so cute. Can’t wait for your next video. Love and blessings 🥰♥️🌹🤗

Just realize plenty of veggies are heavy in the carbs. With your daughters weird material in the leggings.....have you tried do a laundry stripping with her clothing? I think it might help with a reset of her laundry and help with skin irritations. I think lighter hair looks good on you.

Hi Ashley I’m so happy to hear that your keeping it light as we age it will be such a pain in the butt to keep the dark color up it shows the grays so bad lol and box colors are really bad on your hair,you can get protein treatments done at the salon throughout your hair getting highlighted I too love your curly hair it is beautiful it doesn’t make your face look fat your a natural beauty Ashley. Mark and I did keto years ago before our wedding and honestly, it was a tough start but after the first couple weeks I had SO much energy. I’ve been thinking about it. I’m obsessed with LIB too! So many couples are actually still together-it’s so interesting!

Thats so good!! My sister said the same thing. I just have to get passed this beginning!! Today and yesterday I finally wasn’t dizzy 🙌🏼 my brain legit hurt so bad like it was telling me to eat. It was so weird 😅 but I’m feeling a lot better now! Just still really hungry lol Yesss that show is so good! Crazy it actually worked too!
