I don't know if he's in hall of fame or not but he was the most consistent fastest pitcher of all time. This is probably the only video out there to learn his technique.
No he drifts forward during leg kick and drops down during kmit which gives him speed down the mound without pushing iff the back leg. Which you shouldnt since it will make your hips unable to explode into landing. For more details watch tread athetics or bauers videos on this. its 97 which is very cool, i just feel his arm is going a hair too early as the difference between his leg to hips is appearing a lot longer than the timing difference between his hips to arm
