Hey Everyone my name is Miles and I am a Newbie Land Cruiser owner and hope to bring what I Learn to everyone else. I am also a beginner Off-Roader, as well as a Shooting/Gun Enthusiast.
@@TOPOM42 hahah! No I love it. What I need to do though is figure out a stop for it. I like mine to completely swing out but I don’t like having to rest the tire on my quarter panel.
I have an affection for LCs.... especially the J70 and J80 series. They are great trucks and maybe someday I may own one. I just love Monteros/Pajeros a lot more 😎 Your 80 series looks great btw👍
My love for the 80 series came when i watched a RU-vid channel called "Dirt Sunrise" Tim had a LC called Goose and that thing took him down to S.A. and back..
What is the bulb with the switchback? Does that work on all OEM US headlights, and how? Seems like you are getting a fog feature like the Japanese versions.
It works with OEM US headlights. Simple replace the current low beam you have now and install the Switchback Bulb. To switch between the 2 colors, you simple turn of the headlights and then immediately turn them back on.
I learned about them in 2017. Turns out, they’re one of the biggest Toyota off-road shops in Southern California. They’ve been doing it wayy before the overland seen became a thing.
@@CruisinMiles I was looking on their website and saw a few options for knuckle rebuild kits with varying prices. I definitely need to do mine, do you have any experience with this? I would like a kit that comes with EVERYTHING I need. Any help is appreciated.
@@brimbotungus8507 I ordered my knuckle rebuild kit through CruiserBrothers.com back then. Came with all seals, koyo wheel bearings, and all nuts and washers needed.
Great Video.I really thought this project was going to be a lot more difficult. I’m using your code for my 2012 GX, which did you use? Do they all have built in fan. Not seeing that on site.
