My wife’s mother has been petitioned through NVC. We received email from NVC on Sept 30 scheduling embassy interview for Nov 4. The email says nothing about scheduling at the VAC. NVC scheduled the embassy interview. Did NVC schedule BEFORE 28 and we received email on 30? I can’t seem to know for certain if we must schedule at VAC. Help!
Possible that the schedule happen before sept 28 and you mentioned that the nvc schedule it on nov 4 you still need to make an account in vac for delivery address and biometric

@@adrianm3169 the way I understand it is if your interview is before sept 28 you are not affected: Applicants who have scheduled a visa interview before September 28 will not be affected by this change and should proceed directly to their appointment at the Embassy. but if your interview is Oct. 7 you might need to schedule finger printing ang photo taking sa VAC before your interview sa embassy.
Can any RCBC available to process the fee payment? The slip says about to pay on a RCBC TouchQ Machine, I am not sure which RCBC branch has the machine.
I'm on IR-1 spousal visa case and our application is still stucked at NVC stage it's been 7 months already knowing also our priority date is 30th of March 2022.. oh my god it's to long to delayed 😔 we really don't know whats going on? US embassy manila what's up?

Hi @ping-pingmacariza I just paid today via Unionbank pesonet. I tried entering my reference number in the Receipt Number. But it says "No valid record can be found for the entered receipt number. Please validate that your receipt number is correct and that you have paid the correct amount for the visa which you are applying for." Do I have to wait for the "Anytime after 1:30 p.m. the following business day" before I can enter this number?

Paano po kaya macancel yung confirmation waiver hindi nmn po ako mag renew kase first time ko po mag apply ng usvisa, nagka mali po kase ako sa mga tanong yes po mga sinagot ko dapat pala no, ngayon confirmation waiver po na schedule ko imbes na interview appointment, sana po ma help nyo ko,. 😭😭😭😭
but in the dropbox questions - there is one question that asks about the validity of the previous visa if it is 10 years. If we answer by NO (in my case it was 2 years), will that result in a no eligibility for interview waiver please ?
