FYI: The applicant can be passive and still pass the interview. The applicant should only need to remember the acronym KISS - keep it short and straightforward. Most Consul does not want applicant(s) to elaborate. To pass the interview the burden is on the applicant to overcome sec 214(b) and 212 of INA. That is eligibility vs inadmissibility. If an applicant can prove that he/she is not intending immigrant and is otherwise admissible to the US, then the applicant has overcome that burden.
Hello ma'am,how about he's the one who will sponsor me but I can support myself aswell? how I will explain that to the consul ? thank you and your video helps a lot
@@user-sr6zw5gj3x if you can support yourself, you'll have to be active (as the vlogger said) regarding proof of strong ties (your job or business, real estate and/ or vehicle ownership, etc). Travel history is a plus factor. The embassy has already assessed you prior to the interview (based on your DS160 form).
Ang mag sponsor po sa akin is yung nag papaaral po sakin, American citizen po siya, parang tinuring niya po akong tunay na anak. Friend parin po ba ang tawag ko ma'am?

I want to bring someone here from Philippines, can she come here for visa but take pictures with me to help her case on being a resident here to marry me?
It's not guaranteed that she will get a visitor's visa. Why not go to the Philippines yourself and take pictures with her to establish your relationship. Make sure the pictures are dated. OR get married in the Philippines and. When you get back to the states you could apply for a K-3 visa for her
you cant apply for k3 without anu pending petition like k1 and thats extra expenses for both parties and as I mentioned in my comment that the approval for tourist visa is 50/50 same with k3 as well
@@ping-pingmacariza I am a retired USCIS Immigration Officer. I adjudicate petitions and applications including (129f (k-1,k-2,k-3 and k4) before my retirement. I’m responding to you without malicious intent but only to aid you. Immigration laws are complex and complicated and we are to be very careful in advising the public. That said and contrary to what you asserted a K-3 visa is designed for people legally married outside of the US. To expedite the K-3 visa, the US spouse must file Form I 130. Once a Form I 797c is issued, the USCIS will process the K-3 visa. This is an option to circumvent the filing of a K-1 visa. I would appreciate your response and correct any statement you started, if any. Thank you!
