The reverse hyper is not a new machine! It was made in the 1970s by powerlifting god Louie Simmons. It was designed for back injuries, but ultimately trains glutes very well. I recommend getting more momentum at the start and allowing it to stretch your vertebrae at the eccentric portion and using your glutes to drive your legs back to parallel during the concentric portion. I promise it is a glutes strengthening weapon!!!

@@zemotika of course but it's 2024 we have gyms nowadays that don't even have scales in em and or leg equipment what is the excuse for that? But at the same rate planet fitness is better than any gym without leg equipment or a scale and even then some planet fitness locations don't even have scales 😂 we live ina crazy world nowadays

@@zemotika I get that but this isn't golden Era anymore its 2024 most natural body builders now are bigger than golden Era body builders and have alot more definition than the did back then because of our advances in science and in our gym equipment ...that's like saying a horse and buggy is better than a vehicle with a modern combustion engine 😂 see where I'm heading with this ?

Girls are the worst gym motivation. Only hitting leg day is embarrassing. And then they post ONE-SINGLE VIDEO on RU-vid about them lifting 85 pounds in bench cause they don’t actually have any muscle

So glad you reached out! 💕💕I don’t know all of your details & specifics. But if you are super new to the gym, I would focus on body recomp for now, but mostly just focus on getting strong with good form & eating a high protein balanced diet! As you do this you will build muscle & lose fat. But it also depends on your specific goals! I do have consultations so if you wanna chat more lmk🤗🤗

All plants have all essential amino acids! Please stop spreading false information about plant based diets. The "most bioavailable protein" would probably be human meat, but we don't recommend that, do we?

Very true safety when using fitness equipment is very important as any mistakes could potentially lead to serious injuries or death in certain situations like using a bar weight and if it’s not secure properly then you could be thrown off or if it’s too much to lift you could have it drop on your head during the lift
