Thanks for sharing! I was feeling unmotivated and it helped being reminded on what I’m doing this for and it’s to throw a heavy punch and be strong… I do need to work on my form and this is just the beginning for me ❤ Hoping you get the results you’re working so hard for

So happy that I could help.🥹🫶 i’ve honestly been lifting for about 12 years and there are times I still even have to take a step back work a little bit more on my technique in order to move forward. It happens to everybody. Fitness is a forever changing journey & there’s always room for more growth🙌

So glad the algorithm brought me to you, especially right now ❤ If I’m “skinny-fat” (130 lbs at 5”5’) should I bulk or do a “body recomp” with a deficit but high protein?

So glad you reached out! 💕💕I don’t know all of your details & specifics. But if you are super new to the gym, I would focus on body recomp for now, but mostly just focus on getting strong with good form & eating a high protein balanced diet! As you do this you will build muscle & lose fat. But it also depends on your specific goals! I do have consultations so if you wanna chat more lmk🤗🤗

All plants have all essential amino acids! Please stop spreading false information about plant based diets. The "most bioavailable protein" would probably be human meat, but we don't recommend that, do we?
