If I understood that last part about increase income with low barracks it seems like it might be the opposite of a spell chip damage meta and possibly more of a giant push death ball approach
That certainly could happen ... my thoughts were impromptu and half-baked at best. I forsee situations where you juuuust about finish off an opponent, and now they are coming for you with an expanded income. Either you are going to barely survive the onslaught due to your gradually increased income, or you may transition to turtle + spell chip. This is the fun of speculating on new encants and mods ... we won't know for sure until it gets here! Thank you for sharing your thoughts!

Faerie will need 2 shots, and Pyro will need 3. But Pryo has +3 range on Faerie. I don't know how quickly units at normal speed cover "range tiles", but it's I'm guessing Pyro will baiscally get a free shot. Also, if Pyro is using the Pyroblast talent (deal triple damage on the first attack) then it's GG. Very good point on WD, I had forgotten he's elemental. I know know Faerie can 1-shot Gryphon and Darkspear using Stealth, but then you lose the benefit of the talent that grants Resist to one allied unit. Since Faerie Dragon is more of a support unit, I think this is going to be far and wide the most used talent. Faerie is just too squishy to stay in the fight for too long. At any rate, those are my thoughts on the matter; we'll know more for sure once players start getting Faerie Dragon leveled up enough to play in PVP.
Lol - I need to look at my spreadsheet more, and maybe even build out some formulas. At level 1, Gryphon has 170 Health, and level 1 Faerie Dragon does 170 damage. If Gryphon is using +3 range talent, then I bet Grphon will still kill Faerie Dragon without taking a hit. However, Faeire will one-shot Grypon if it gets a shot off. I think the interactiosn are going to be interesting to be sure.
You're quite welcome! If I could re-record the video, I would have factored in how Faerie Dragon will handle these 1v1 scenarios when using the Stealth talent. I didn't initially because I think Faerie Dragon's main "raison 'etre" is to be a support unit, and granting permanent resist to a single unit could be very, very useful. Imagine using FD to give perma resist to Gargoyle once we switch to Rocket Towers!
Arthee just pointed that out to me on our Internal Discord. I forgot Blizzard made that change a month or two back. My brain is stuck in December/January, back when Rocket towers were Elemental. Thank you for keeping me honest, lol!
Hoping DMF comes, also want some mythic dungeons, maybe some 2v2 / 3v3 pvp somehow. Guilds will be a bit one sided since most guilds do t have very many active players. Our guild has 4 really active and maybe 2 so-so active players. Thank you for your videos brother 🫡
Diablo Gaming has gobbled up a large portion of the heavily involved and active players. If and when the game gets more features, I think it's safe to say that other groups will rise up and give us a run for the money. I'm counting on it! Co-op PVP, replays, more guild optons... hopefully all of these are things coming down the pipe. I appreciate you watching and supporting the channel. Rumble is a great game, and it has the potential to really be great once we get more "recycle-able" content.

My only wish is that they stay true to their philosophy and events will have casual timing, I don't want to be the slave of my phone again. So let's say event running for a week and it's up to you when you do it. I also like the theme of prize tickets, collecting them from event and using to buy stuff in the event store, that's how Darkmoon Faire currently works in WOW (on top of the activities you do just for fun).
It sounds like you and I are on the same page. Genzic, myself, and the rest of the DFH veterans don't want a repeat of what our lives were like when we had 6 events each weekend. It really messed up a lot of our personal lives. However, the rest of the ideas sound really good.
At this stage this is speculation. It certainly was the image of the Darkmoon Faire in the teaser video, and it was linked to time-sensitive events. However, that's all we are going on at this time.
Great discussion on the missing events in the game. I really do miss the guild/clan events in DFH for the collaboration within guild as well as the competition with other guilds. Hopefully we get something soon in Rumble.
Speaking for myself, I would have quit DFH long before they shut down the game if it were not for the bi-weekly events. If Darkmoon Faire turned out to be simiular to bi-weekly events in DFH (albeit without taking up your WHOLE weekend) I think you could see a huge amount of interest in the game. PvP is not for everyone, but most everyone enjoyed the extra PVE content, the rewards, and of course the individual and guild leaderboards.

@@vladn4321 I just got into the office and I've trimmed out the first seconds of the video, but unsure how long that will take to come into effect. In YT Stuido, this video status still shows it's converting to SD, but no time frame is available. Typically this happens overnight before I publish, so unsure there. Also, very happy to hear the audio is better.
The next update is coming in the next 2 weeks based on the developer game content unreleased. Guilds need to be more important? They don't even fix them. We can't get 15 members in them, or keep them invite only...
I don't think we have an actual timeframe in events coming out, but I certainly HOPE it's in the next 2-4 weeks! This has been a good update to the game, but we need more content. And yes, totally agree with you that guilds are not great at this time. There's so much potential!
Hello! Love the videos. Looking for advice on spending in the grid. All my minis are green and about half are blue. I have the “preferred “ talent on the minis. Is it worth it to purchase more talents to increase the mini chances to appear in the grid. Basically I’m mid game and need some advice to advance.
If your grid is getting clogged with talents, then you may need to buy some just to free up the grid. Remember that you add a level to a mini whenever you buy a talent, so it’s not a complete waste of gold, just a partial one. 😃
LOL - yeah I made a lot of mistakes in that match and my opponent made far fewer mistakes. It's tricky to play matches while streaming as you are concentrating on the match as well as interacting with your audience. That was footage from a stream that, for obvious reasons, didn't get posted in a highlight video.
If they add the Raid as it currently is, requesting level 25+, I think a lot of people will just quit the game. As a free to play player since launch date, I don't even have 2 talents for not even half of the minis, therefore I am at a huge disadvantage from the start. And NO BLIZZARD, I WILL NOT spend money on the game to "catch up" with the whales or beta players. PvP sucks for normal players, and it's "fun" for whales. I would like to play in PvP but I don't have the "correct" talents on the minis and neither the high level minis. Keep up the podcasts!

I'll put in on my list of things to buy when I hit 1K subscribers. On a side note, I turned off noisefloor filtering during that cast because I had just realized that I had the settings tweaked too high, and some of my words were being filtered out. On Monday (two days ago), I played around with the settings and got them to a place where my words didn't filter out. As a result of turning it off, we probably got way more non-vocal noise (breathing, booming, etc).

Thanks for watching! One of the best things about Eggs is using it to counter some else’s eggs, but you need flame burst to make that happen. Consider putting in Chain Lightning in place of Eggs.
I don't remember if it was you or someone else, but I know someone recently pointed that out to me. Will run poison in the future; Bandits are still a great unit for this build.
I just reported it as well! I can't guarantee a faster resolution this way, but at least it's getting seen. Also, I imagine the dev team's first priority is resolving the 50-60% PVP loading bugs. I am seeing a lot of chatter about that issue in our guild's PVP channels.

Wow, sad to hear you lost 30-40% of your players. I think if they can find a good development groove it will be a good boon for the game, hopefully it will make new player experiences more attractive as well.
Most of the people who quit have finished the campaign and defeated Onyxia, but they didn’t want to do PVP. Maybe some of these people will come back when Raids are released.
We just had our first quit today since global launch. They were bored; they aren't a whale so I am not sure there is much content for them to look forward to. @@bluemaxrumbler I treat this game as a casual side game, so I am not in a hurry to experience anything. But I do wonder about the rest of the playerbase and their perception.
I'm sorry to hear you all lost someone! On the spending side of things, Global Launch players have likely finished Heroics and have downed Onyxia. If PVP is not to their liking, then a large chunk of these players will leave; we'll see how many come back as the dev team catches up and releases additional content. I think in time this game will be amazing; it has so many things going for it.
Thanks for the indept explanations. Very informative video. Im also using thaurissan together with huntress. I think murloc tidehunters synergise very well with thaurissans passive but have to test it a bit more.

I only played WC3 this past Spring so sadly I missed the experience. I was into AoE2 at the time. I can tell the game was a serious jump from WC2. It must have been a great experience.
