Stephen Stills is one of rock music's most enduring figures with a career now spanning six decades, multiple solo works, and four hugely influential groups - Manassas, Buffalo Springfield, Crosby, Stills & Nash (CSN), and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young (CSNY). He has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice for Buffalo Springfield and CSN, is a member of the Songwriter's Hall of Fame, and is a BMI Music Icon. As renowned for his instrumental virtuosity as for writing era-defining anthems including "For What It's Worth" and "Love The One You're With," Stills is ranked #28 on Rolling Stone's list of the 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time, calling his acoustic picking on "Suite: Judy Blue Eyes" "a paragon of unplugged beauty." Three of his albums, Buffalo Springfield Again, Crosby, Stills & Nash, and Déjà Vu, are among Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.

One of the best live albums of an era. Stills is a genius songwriter, player, and at the time, singer, I think he is overlooked many times, Just fabulous.
I am still discovering artists like Stephen today I’m 65 there’s a window for these artists in their 20s being there some really great talent right up there
After hearing this version I listened to every other version I could find. Personally, I think this is the best. The pace is excellent, vocals are remarkable and guitar break is superb. What a great song! Wish i could hit the thumb up a hundred times.
Very well said! I did NOT expect the definitive version of this song when I cued up the album, but this performance moves like a freight train. Hearing Crosby go confidently to his higher Byrds register, the mindblowing guitar interplay, and Stills' quip @1:43 (maybe he's talking about the sound, but it sure describes the performance!) leaves you an exhausted listener in the best possible way.
