So very sadly this is what has destroyed this once great State. With the massive invading and flooding in of people and the Carpetbaggers pushing for more it has become completely over ran and over crowded.

@@TheDylanConcep your job will change. Lower prices means lower commissions. You won’t be able to pay your bills!! It’s a trickle down effect. Also, after August when the new laws kick in your commissions are going to tank anyways. Real estate agents will become obsolete. In my eyes, they’ve been obsolete for years now. There is nothing a real estate agent can do for a knowledgeable buyer or seller. All the information needed is at our fingertips nowadays.

Monthly Mortgage depends on a few factors. PMI, interest rate, down payment amount, etc. If we keep it simple, 3.5% down, 7% interest rate, our payment monthly would be around $2,050. We can lower the payment by either, a larger down payment, or lowering our interest rate.
Would love to see some more key features of the house pointed out such as the vaulted ceilings, tray ceilings, or even something specific that only this builder does.
Great tour. Would be very helpful to also see a drive around of the surrounding area and share info about how far away is the nearest shopping center/grocery store and ratings for the closest schools. Lot sizes would be great too! Thank you!
Completely agree! I’ve seen someone put an island in after closing and it was beautiful. Although this one is only construction block on the 1st story. There are builders who do construction block on the 2nd story as well. Usually those homes will cost a little more.
