@@TheDylanConcep your job will change. Lower prices means lower commissions. You won’t be able to pay your bills!! It’s a trickle down effect. Also, after August when the new laws kick in your commissions are going to tank anyways. Real estate agents will become obsolete. In my eyes, they’ve been obsolete for years now. There is nothing a real estate agent can do for a knowledgeable buyer or seller. All the information needed is at our fingertips nowadays.

amazed the photographer allowed scattered dark mulch in the shot on the white sun lite cement entrance. The toilet lids are up ! ... do yourself a favor learn the etiquette of presentation. As to the build interior, little things matter. Wire shelving, non pocketing slider off main lvingrm, builder grade windows, No shampoo bottle nook shelf, triangle tub no slope for soaking. All could be better. Pricing drop as its over priced. All the best.
