* For those of you who are interested in checking out another RU-vid channel -- with a "Mars Attacks!" theme -- I would suggest heading over to "Nathalie Lake - Topic". It's a character-based channel, which follows the life of an American fashion journalist, living in the heart of New York City.
Some of you may recall that Actress Sarah Jessica Parker portrayed Lake in the 1996 film adaptation.
This was the first version of Cool Water that I heard as a kid. It makes sense; our radio stations were all in Philadelphia, and Top 40 songs weren’t Country Music songs. It made sense that this more generic sounding version was acceptable, there. Much later, I looked for this song on RU-vid, and after scrolling for what seemed to be forever, I finally found this version. All that scrolling was not a waste of time, however. I was able to listen to every cover version of Cool Water that was on there, and got to hear the greats singing theirs. Today I got to hear a version I hadn’t heard before, by Walter Brennan, the actor who played old men at an earlier age than most because, during WWI, he had lost his teeth and voice from a mustard gas attack. His version is definitely worth listening to, also
I remember being completely terrified of this movie back when I was a kid and apparently I wasn’t the only one who thought so. I think it is the ray gun how it can vaporise humans to a skeleton.
I remember hearing the story that Trent got the fuck out of the house shortly after recording some albums along with some other famous groups...forgot their names.... but yeah.... A true haunt for Trent that dove him out of this home.....What the hell was the other famous group name????? Sort of an Alice Cooper type figure.......I got it folks!!!!! Marllyn Manson....Yeah just go check it out folks.... Crazy..... You might all get very interested in this whole story from 69 and up
Wow yeah it was Trent Reznor' from the band 'Nine inch nails' that purchased the lease on this property back in the day of the 'Original House' and created a recording studio in this house name 'Le Pig' in which was the blood writing of Susan Atkins after they all murdered the crowd...... Mind you.... Tex Watkins and Patricia Krenwinkel were the only two members that made this horrific shit happen....Susan Atkins and the others were just too afraid and got cold feet during the attack.....
I remember years ago a clip I saw before all the movies of art the clown at a Laundromat with Erie music and he was playing around with a woman it was a very unsettling scene but I can't seem to find it
@@seanmorse5733 Nothing taken from "behind-the-scenes" that I'm aware of... Although, I have taken a few screenshots from the film itself, and added them into one of my previous videos. And the only other picture(s) I have found -- in regards to the pair of hologram silver go-go boots -- stems from an online auction, which is believed to have taken place sometime in the early 2000's (c. 2004?). In them, the hologram silver trench coat can also be seen. It (the aforementioned trench coat) and the go-go boots were sold together in the same lot -- to an anonymous bidder -- for an undisclosed amount of money. I have previously uploaded a video on this particular topic as well...
It's a segment from the 2013 horror anthology film, "All Hallows' Eve". This particular scene is a part of the wraparound story, featured within it. You should definitely check it out, if you haven't already... 😉
He says he wants the property to have absolutely no connection to the horrific crimes that unfolded in the former home and yet he not only bought the property but he continues to bring up its history and all the evils that took place there so many years ago.
Mr. Hill, I must say... I am a big fan of your work -- in helping keep the storied legacies of Ms. Tate and all the other innocent victims alive. Honored to have your comment on this video! 😉👍
I never watched this show but I accidentally came across it from another video, so I came here and the song and visuals looked so familiar then I remembered seeing this intro as a kid when I would scroll through the channels on tv, and of course it scared tf out of me so I continued scroll to the next channel, but yeah the second I heard that guitar riff I knew I heard it before now I’m an adult and it still scares me but this intro is so good, I’d love to see this show make a return someday cause just imagine the things they can do now, maybe even bring it back on Showtime or move it over to Starz or HBO, I’d say HBO cause out of the 3 it’s the most popular and would get more people interested, from what I heard this series was more scary than horror movies coming out, the only horror tv shows out now are American Horror Story which I’ve heard hasn’t been as great for the last few seasons, and Yellowjackets which isn’t completely horror just has horror elements with how dark the show is, but other than those 2 I don’t know any modern horror shows out, but this show if it made a return now I think it’d do extremely well and get more of the attention it deserves Update: Actually there’s a few other horror shows that are good like FROM which I love and is about a group of people that have to stay in there houses with these charms that protect them from monsters trying to kill them also those people are stuck in a small town in the middle of nowhere, Chucky which I’ve only seen season 1 but that’s been doing well, I guess Stranger Things would count but I see it more as it just has horror elements not necessarily as a complete horror show, Evil I’ve only seen like the first 2 episodes but I’m pretty sure it’s about exorcizing demons and spirits, The Last of Us was so amazing, All of us Are Dead Korean zombie show, Black Mirror I never watched it but all I know is that it’s an anthology series about the horrors of technology, these are all good shows but non of them are truly pure horror they’re either like action horror, comedy horror, or have horror elements, I’m talking I want to see more truly pure horror shows like this show that really scare tf out of you
One look at this place and it's obvious to me why Sharon rented it immediately . It has so much charm and character . + Incredible views and privacy . It blends in with the setting and the surroundings perfectly . It had a beautiful and spacious yard for the dogs , out door entertaining , or just chilling .... I think it should have been saved . I hate that so many beautiful souls were so tragically killed and such a beautiful setting tarnished forever by a single night of savagery by Manson monsters !
About My New Version of “Katie Harwood” When I Saw The 2002 Horror Movie Ghost Ship, Witch Stared Emily Browning And Lots of Other Actors, I Had A Hug Crush On Katie Back When I Was 14! She Was The Most Beautiful Girl I Have Ever Since, But Unfortunately, She Wasn’t Real And Played By Emily Browning. However, I Still Felt Really Bad For Katie For Dying At The Beginning of The Movie! So Being The Smart Superhero Nerdy Geek I Am, I Created An Entire Cinematic Universe Based Of Her Called “Katie Harwood: The Princess Warrior” Where She Rediscovers Her Past Along With Her Two Brothers Joshua And Peter Who Sail From New York City To The Bearing Sea With A Girl Name Paige To Investigate The Graza Haunting, Katie Has Been Having Nightmares of A Little Girl Getting Killed On The Ship Every Night Since She Was 14 And Has Always Wondered Why It’s Happening To Her Above All Other People, She Has A British Accent And Is Very Kind To Others, Katie Will Have A Suite of Some kind That Represents What She Fights For And A Powerful Flamethrower Soward That Only She And Nobody Else Can Harvest, And With The Sword, Katie Can Actually Use Its Power To Save Anyone From Dying, Katie Harwood Would Become The New Iron Man In This Universe After A Movie I Am Working On Called “Ghost Ship: Haunted Seas”. This Is The Beginning of “The Princess Warrior Saga”. Ladies And Gentlemen, A New Superhero Is Rising!
@@unspeakableexperiments7699 Yes! I Have Been Scripting “Katie Harwood: The Princess Warrior” For A While Now! It’s Gonna Have The Shang-Chi And The Legend of The Ten Rings Mixed With Elements From Indiana Jones And Fast&The Furious.. So It’s Super Exciting!
@@unspeakableexperiments7699 Yeah! It’s Exciting!! I Really Hope I Can Get It Done Sometime This Summer! What Are You Looking Forward To About The New Katie Harwood??
The sound that night could’ve projected straight out but not necessarily to far right to guesthouse. The guesthouse was built closer to end of property over looking the view and sweeper to far right from standpoint of front door.
Word has it after this massacre, the babysitter ran away and changed her identity to hide from Art the Clown. She became some local TV Talk Show host. Hopefully that worked out for her.
Apparently, it was all fun and games -- until she was savagely murdered and disfigured -- by a lucky survivor of Art the Clown, soon after a live television interview she had conducted. 😮😮😮
@@virtualviking8447 It's been a while since I've seen "Terrifier", but I know she definitely got disfigured. Damn... She must've pulled through like a champ! 🏆
Parents when they come home to talk to the baby sitter: So, how did everything go? Hopefully the kids weren't too much trouble. Babysitter: Yeahhhhhh, about that....
There is something much scarier than any slasher of any media: Cancer. Fighting a slasher and possibly winning can be fun. However, if you fight cancer, it eats up your money whether you win or lose. 💸💵💰🤑🤢🤮
I would have lived there no problem I’m not bothered about the horror that that happened there in 1969 it would of just been nice to keep the memories of the people who died in such horrific circumstances alive and it would have been kept very private. R.i.P to the poor souls that perished that horrific night not forgetting Steven parent.
The most beautifully eerie music i've ever heard in my life... enigmatic, mesmerising, bestial... The movie just brings me back to my memories when i was 15, and i liked to watch it sitting all alone in my room on quiet and warm summer nights. Fair-haired child, Jennifer, Right to Die are still my favorites
