A tip on how to avoid the impulse to check your phone in the morning, or in general at any time: each day, set aside a particular time at which you check and process your notifications. Otherwise, at each moment, checking your phone might just be beneficial, as there's a very real possibility that there is something important that needs your attention. This is often a sneaky way your brain tricks you into checking your phone . . . for some sweet dopamine. This is just the gist of it, but this is just one part of the philosophy of "the Deep Life" that Cal Newport (www.youtube.com/@CalNewportMedia) talks about. The goal here is to create a structure that helps you spend most of your time on goals and values that you cherish the most, and keep distractions at bay. Fighting distractions in the moment, without any structure, is a good first step though. This just levels you up 10x.

Regarding running tips, try some different styles of training, like interval training or hill repeats, as well as throwing a longer run in every once in a while. Intervals and hills will help with your pace so when you have a more flat say 3 mile run, it’ll feel easier. Same goes for distance, If you normally do 3, try a 5 mile run once and then next time you do 3, it’ll feel so much easier. Just a few tips from my days of running cross-country in high school lol

Why was the bug such a big issue? I thought that people usually washed their spinach before use. Plus, I'm sure most of our greens contain bugs we can't see, owing to their having been grown outside, and require meticulous washing before use.

I work an office job where i’m on my computer all day and invested in an ergonomic mouse and keypad… it took some time to get used to using it but it is amazing! I was having wrist and hand pain with my standard keypad and mouse and i hardly feel the pain anymore since fully switching about 5 months ago. Use it and save ur hands and wrists!!
I’m so glad that’s helping you!! At my 9-5 office job I also use a mouse and keypad. For some reason when it comes to editing for RU-vid, I find it easier to use the touch pad on my laptop.. maybe I just need to find a better mouse or maybe it will just take awhile to adjust idk😅
