I love that you kept in the little “break down.” It’s so easy to forget all the work that goes into making life look aesthetic for a vlog. Bc it’s not! lol you’re so inspiring love 🥰
Rebekahhhhh, soooo fricking awesome! Especially the bit of you surrendering to the moment rather than trying to fight or deny it around your anxiety before cooking. Because it’s as you say “you can’t control what you can’t control” but ofc that doesn’t mean you have to angry and defeated about it. Or crumbling under the enormous weight of anxiety. And I realize that’s easier said than done and we all have to do the mental and emotional work to get to that point but it’s incredible that it’s possible to get to that point if you’re putting in the work. Just so inspired. You’re doing great. Now imagine, dicing the carrots smaller and putting it into the pot with the chicken about 6 minutes before the chicken in finished cooking so that the carrots soak up the flavor. Extra broth might be needed but omg, can you imagine it? 🤤 either way, your meal looked soooo delicious
You’re so kind!!! It’s definitely soo hard to let go but it’s something I’ve been trying to be more mindful of. Thanks for the meal suggestion, thats a great idea!!💗💗
Girl, yes👏🏽 you're so much more aware than I was at your age. It's so important knowing when to take self-care days & that will help you out in the long run. I, unfortunately, broke my hormones by having way too high of cortisol levels for a ling period of time. So, keep taking those days❤
Have been binge watching your videos lately and have been feeling sick the past day or so. About to take a nice warm evening bath and watch this video, literally my perfect evening! :) :)
I’m so glad you keep that one moment in! That was so real and refreshing to see a moment that wasn’t aesthetic and very relatable 💕 thanks for being so authentic!!
Thanks for this loveley vlog, I enjoyed it. When you started to list all the things you'd planned, I was wondering how you'd magage to get done all of it. It was so wholesome to see that you can't fit everything in a night either. My selfcarenights are very simplistic too. But it still helps to relax if there are not so many things like groceries shopping on my to do list....
