I was able to install uefi with uefiseven, my video card is the same as your video card, but I could not install the driver, so how were you able to install the driver?
Bro tell us how you run windows 7 on THE XPS DELL LOPtop, bro i got a dell optiflex 5055 sff from 2018 and also i tried installing uefiseven but i dont know the tutorial.
where can i find debian live /w calamares for testing (trixie) version? can you send link? and it is true that calamares with full disk encryption also encrypt boot partition?
No matter if i set it to Compatibility or AHCI i still get that bluescreen. Security Chips is disabled, Secureboot is disabled. UEFI/Legacy is set to Both, legacy first. with CSM suport enabled. i tried 5 versions of xp32, 5 version of xp64. And I tried to feed the drivers into the XP installation with a floppy drive, all the ones I could find. I still get the blue screen.@@2009Windows7
It doesn't matter whether I set AhCI or compatibility, I still get the blue screen. security chip is disabled, secure boot is disabled, uefi/legacy is set to both, legacy first with csm on @@2009Windows7

I have never seen Windows XP "Execute" a startup file like that... Unless I'm having a brain fart... Crazy though - The Lenovo T series, were TANKS back in the day... They sure don't make them like the used to anymore.
Im using a custom ISO that has all the updates and Im using Vistas bootloader to be able to boot Windows Vista as well. Yeah this Thinkpad is a tank, practically is dustproof since the temps on it are surprisingly good for a 10 year old laptop.
I've been trying to do the same on my laptop since the past 1.5 years, but no luck sadly I have an i7-10870H, 1650 Ti, 256 GB NVMe and 1 TB SATA HDD and no CSM support in BIOS
Just an update, I wouldnt really recommend installing on Windows 8.1 on the XPS 15 7590 because it doesnt work too well compared to 7 like the option to switch between the GPUs is not there, it can hang at times, also it doesnt shut down correctly.
+VictorTheVictor Sorry for the late reply but yes it did work out of the box but on my XPS 15 7590 unless I used a patch acpi.sys, Windows 7 gives an ACPI bsod when I boot it with thunderbolt bios assist on.
Nice setup, I have Windows 8.1 on my Lenovo L380 Yoga. I am looking to also get it on my HP 15-ef1079nr laptop with drivers, however, I tried to install it alongside my Windows 7 setup, which I got to boot using FlashBoot efi folder, and now only one operating system will boot no matter what I do to the efi folder. Is there a way to be able to dualboot both flawlessly? If not, that's okay, I will just upgrade to Windows 8.
@@2009Windows7 The thing is, it gives me an error code when doing update, something like 0x8something. Also, I tried UEFIseven, replaced the files I was supposed to in the FlashBoot folder.
@@2009Windows7 I have tried Integrate 7. Completed the installation but after updating registry settings stage, it restarted then stuck at windows logo. May I know how did you create your bootable USB using Integrate 7. Are you using only Windows 7 ISO or are you using Windows 7 and Windows 10 ISO?
+IRaZ2866 You can debloat Windows 10 and disable meltdown which should get you that score by default www.howtogeek.com/339559/how-to-stop-the-meltdown-and-spectre-patches-from-slowing-down-your-pc/amp/
