question: whenever i try to set my aperture higher than the minimum i get an error that says "pleas epress the shutter release button again". is my lens faulty? i was asking around and a few other people believe the motor in the lens that controls aperture has failed
You can save it as whatever format you like, I usually choose jpeg, pdf or ong depending on how I am sharing it. You can choose this option by going to file > export and choose the format you want. If you are using an older version of photo shop it might be in the save as option instead

not sure about that one - however google is telling me that you should maybe try the following - Hit cntrl + alt keys together then click on save to web. This deletes the prefs and I was good to go.
