Not free after 1st year. $50 a radio after. Works on cell phone towers, well where i ride in the black hills of sd. They dont work do to lack of cell phone coverage. If shtf they would be no good as well.
On my 2022 if I double click on the left it will go in to sport mode but yha the custom one is easier . Thank you for sharing I just got a TRX a week ago . I’m having problems with the body mounts and the radio speakers but I really don’t care. It can be fixed I love this truck the sound the acceleration is phenomenal . But any how with my speakers they have a static hiss coming from the speaker on the drivers side dash and door I read a few forms now and it seems the speakers are blown and my surround sound and amp are not working I believe the radio system needs to get a reboot and as for the frame mounts I read that on the 2021 and early 2022’s the frame mounts could go faulty and gives a knocking sound like balljoints are gone but it’s the it’s the frame to body mounts they have three pieces with fluid and rubber to take the shock of riding well the first one on the drivers side is finished it is directly above the tow hook the first of 4 per side pillar one or A it’s called I geuss the parts are cheap too but this should all be covered under warranty for me I’ve only had the truck two weeks this week , it is a used TRX 73245 km on it. But yha even with these problems I love this truck
The real video that we should be seeing is who has the smoother ride on the inside of the truck. I don’t care if eats the trail up if the guy inside is also banging his head off the steering wheel in the process🤣
Man Ford done the suspension perfect is this truck. I feel they missed a big opportunity to throw a 5.0 v8 in this thing. Id rather have a 450hp NA v8 over a 420hp twin turbo V6 any day of the week. And the people that buy these things don't care one bit about fuel economy. The low end torque and upgrading potential of a 5.0 V8 would have made this truck perfect and would probably be cheaper to manufacturer. I think 2 cylinders would be cheaper than 2 turbos and all the shit that goes with them. I don't understand why the engineers would choose the TT 6 over the V8.
Well you can see the raptor has a aftermarket suspension. So if we are going off of stock suspension the TRX. other than that the Raptor did better tracking the ground.
It does not have unlimited range. No cell service no radio service. Get a sat phone, Starlink, or HF ham license if you are actually going into the wilderness. Being within a cell tower is NOT really going into the wilderness. However it is great if you are in service range.

It only works when there's LTE service, however it will switch between providers automatically for best signal, so chances are you will almost always have signal even if your cell phone doesn't 👍🏼
