🏷Easy Summer Pasta 🌱☀️ Ingredients: * 8 oz pasta * 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined * 1 medium zucchini, sliced * 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved * 2 cloves garlic, minced * 2 tbsp olive oil * Salt & pepper to taste * 1/2 tsp paprika * 1/2 tbsp dried herbs mix * Fresh parsley for garnish Instructions: 1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add shrimp and season with paprika, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Cook until pink, then remove and set aside. 3. In the same skillet, add zucchini and tomatoes. Cook until tender. 4. Toss in the pasta and shrimp and season with additional salt and pepper. 5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve! Enjoy! 😊

🔖Save this easy Mango Sticky Rice recipe 🥭 Ingredient (4-5 servings) * 1 cup uncooked sticky rice (also known as glutinous rice or sweet rice) * 100 ml coconut milk (you can use light or full-fat coconut milk) * 1 tbsp sugar * 2 tsp cornstarch (optional) * 2 ripe mangoes * Toasted sesame seeds for garnish Instructions 1. Soak the sticky rice in water overnight or for at least a couple of hours. 2. Drain the water and rinse the rice again. Steam the rice in a steamer on low-medium heat for about 30 minutes. 3. While the rice is cooking, prepare the coconut sauce. Combine the coconut milk and sugar in a saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is hot, but avoid bringing it to a boil. 4. If the coconut milk is too thin, combine the cornstarch with 3 tbsp of cold water. Stir until the cornstarch is completely dissolved, then add the mixture to the sauce. Stir frequently to thicken the sauce. Adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more cornstarch if needed. 5. Serve with sliced mango and toasted sesame seeds.
