I should spend more time on my boat, too ! I'm living at my workplace. Sometimes, I get depressed with the situation. However, cheap moorings on buoys, are hard to get, they don't allow people to live aboard on the cheap moorings. It's only to store boats on the water. If I want to live on my boat, I have to live in the marina, so then I can live full time on my boat. I don't get depressed on my boat, so I don't need anti-depressant pills. It gives me a place to go, to get away from my workplace.😊

you should try flatten a bit of copper pipe from hardware. just standard dirty not shiny copper pipe, and stick it to the back of your watch temporarily to test, some local plumbers probably throw you bit for nothing. you be sure then its 100% copper. because 100% pure copper bracelet could be a market trick, they prob, blend with other metals to keep cost down, might be the other metals giving you bad reaction. plumbers copper pipe would be just bog standard no frills straight copper. then after few days if it works you can stick it to back of watch. cut my finger once, to stop blood going on carpet, i put my finger in mouth to recycle the blood, and there was very strong test of copper in blood, so its very much needed in the body, if the straight standard copper works, heres a vid of how to make bracelets

yes you can wear it and get it wet, doesn't rust but can turn skin green from copper which is fine it washes off, I notice more green during times that are more stressful which is kinda odd but makes sense
Maybe you are so deficient that your body is trying to take too much in at a time. Try eating a diet high in copper for like a month and attempt it again and see if it helps. Super curious! 🤣
I know that you made this video some years ago, but if you are still wondering about copper bracelets then I recommend checking out " 2021 Jordan Bronson" videos. My take is this: Copper attracts positive electrons. If it is heating up on you and burning you, it may be that you are attracting too many electrons. Stainless steel, on the other hand attracts negative ions. If you are inflamed, try stainless steel bracelets instead and see if that works better. I'm experimenting with both. Some people have reverse polarity.
Maybe you could cover the copper bracelet, for yourself, and then wear it? So it wouldn't rub off on your skin but you might still get the benefits of it?
