Mine got hacked right after I got my card, I dont plan on every using it again. It was a aggravating experience thats for sure but it saved me money and space in the end and taught em to chill out lol 21 days of beauty I miss a lil but i dont need the crapola and I was def buying things only cus of sales and thats a whole other problem in itself lmao

It’s your address they banned and your account if you use someone else’s account or guest checkout you would have to use a different un associated shipping address different than any you used with your account

I’m banned because of returns but it’s a long story it’s over my points not returns eve return I dif was legit and legal. Anything I bought online that I didn’t like I returned it says any item your not fully satisfied with you can return it or exchange but it started with them not giving me all my points so I called asked them to review my purchases and they were upset that it took long because I ordered so much they had to go Bk and look at ordered returned and purchased and after they didn’t even tell me I was banned until I tried to place an order. I got my missing points Bk but now can’t shop online and use my Earned payed for rewards and platinum promos. I can’t buy items only sold online at Ulta and not only can I not buy online it’s the addresses I can’t ever get online orders sent to because of them being associated with my account so my mom can’t even order if she wanted to in her own account at her own house because I have had gifts sent to her before and used her address to send the gift. So now she can’t receive online orders from Ulta because of them banning my account. I’ve reached out to the Ulta legal department and they told me I’m banned because of excessive returns and me not satisfied with whatever it is I wanted to return them said they want me to have better buying experience and online they felt I’d have a better experience instore where an associate can help me buy and me not return later odds of me liking product more than if I bought online. So full of shit. I still buy in store and return whatever I do not feel satisfied with. They just don’t want me getting any more benefits because they weren’t making the top dollar I was shopping just like this woman in the video

Ow I am almost certain it was someone who works there, and I'm sure i am not the only person. people now a days are unreal, well they kinda always have been, thank god for the good ones :) xoxo

omg! that sadly doesnt surprise me but omg how rude. They do that to me too, and my mom, my mother is very eccentric and dresses like shes from nyc or something so people like to judge, they treated her so poorly once acting like she was under them as well and kinda questioned if she could "afford" the stuff, omg they had and have no freaken idea who the hell they where talking to you, its unreal and disgusting. Ya know what though, every time my husband goes in there they are so freaken sweet to him and even give him freebies, I've had him go in the past to pick things up so i wouldnt have to deal with their crap attitude knowing they wouldn't treat him like that, its awful. They act like they own ulta or something, its like honey no offense but you work here, we are all in the same damn boat pretty much but we r the ones shopping and they are working and yet they act like they are lancome or miss ulta herself. dear lord I cant anymore lol sorry u had to deal with that, they suck!

Unfortunately no, not sure if that was a real name or not, I guess people will do that and have it sent to a house near them that’s not being used or they live close enough to check it when the mail comes, and it will basically be a bogus name and address I’m not sure if anything was done or not by ulta

its ok, it honestly doesnt really bother me, its kinda sad when people have to go to those means to get things, i honestly just feel bad for the person, as for ulta they are a crap company in my mind and I am glad it all happened, saves me money and space and I dont mind it at all :) thanks so much my sweet friend, have a wonderful week

our police are the same so i didnt bother, last time I called them cus my mom got threatened with a knife, well just a knife, someone threatened to actually gut her with a knife so we called the police. I swear on everything in this world they told us to call them if someone comes with a gun.... So i must get shot before they will help me out,with that in mind i figured a stolen makeup palette, ulta points and credit card thief would be a joke to them. Its bs, sorry your system is as screwed as this one... Shameful

Sounds like your home network for your computer is not secured. Should be using at least WP2 encryption and have very strong passwords plus anti spy ware along with a strong firewall and antivirus. Buy prepaid credit cards only that are reloadable.

They got my points back but once they did that they were never able to get anything done with my account not being able to order online. I did get the points back though, they were good about that, i used them right away. However a lot of points earned after that were put onto the wrong account and other things happened too, it was too much to deal with lol I am over ulta :) tons of love
