Say if my service is helping companies who are already doing email marketing, the goals would be different from goals in my structure for companies who are not yet doing email marketing?

Thanks, Laurel. I've watched this a couple of times before this re-watch -- and read your book, this viewing a few things clicked around budget and optimizing/turning stuff on/off. Before this latest watch I had it in my head that we always need 3 PC and C CM videos running.
@@tonys36981 typically founding member pricing is a special price to get people in the door. I thought about raising the price of my $7 membership after the first 100 members but decided nah.

In the regular training, you've outlined very specific KPIs for tracking PC and CM ads. However, I've reviewed the backend and couldn’t find specific guidance on KPIs for B&M content and strategies. Given the mention of a 7-day content calendar, the costs could quickly add up if we don't closely monitor our performance. Do you have any suggestions on how to navigate this effectively? Thanks!
@@GeetaNadkarni I don’t track metrics for Brivj and mortar because the price is so low. Youre just running $5/ads up top and then boosting for like $1/day. Super cheap strategy that runs for less than $500/month.

How would I know if my ad is doing well? I currently have a conversion ad that's at $24/conversion for a $7/mo membership. What metric would help me know if it's the right ad to scale?
Sound needs to fix. Or prepare for a good sound system next time maybe a boom stick above or lapel mic for recording then match it with the video. Thanks 17:20 - Sound now is more better and clearer - real live audience. Very nice
