Thank you for the information. I am already working on a halloween display and will use one of these as a prop in a skeleton hand but my also take it to art shows with me in the future. Which of the ones that you demonstrated is your most favorite? I want something versatile, colorful, and reliable....Thank You for any advice. =)

when i try to program it the pink doesn’t appear and then my fiber starts to flash green red and blue like if it’s glitching. This is my second pixel whip i got bc i was having trouble with my first one. It wouldn’t turn off. I don’t know what i am doing wrong. I am following all the videos.
The light whip is greatly universal and can take any shape. Inspiration can be pulled for moves from poi, staff, levi wand, hoop and even orbit if you are creative. ;) The greatest idea is limitless possibilities. However, if you don't like individual expression and prefer structured traditional flow then it may not be the flow prop for you. It's funny you say this though as many moves across props are pulled from inspiration from other traditional props modified for any new prop... so regardless POI moves will be used across many platforms and visually look different across different props even though the movement to achieve the move is the same. Examples of this... weaves (2 beat and 3 beat), isolations, flowers and more... replicate across poi, hoop, whip, and much more.
Did you try removing the foam grip? and unscrewing from the base of the handle? The battery won't come out easy without the foam grip removed and may result in unscrewing from below the base of the light source which is potentially damaging to the whip if not done carefully. Also, you can check the threading, it may be difficult to unscrew if it is not on the threading correctly. Lastly, if all else fails contact support@glofx.com. They are very helpful and all whips sold by GloFX comes with a limited lifetime guarantee.

like i have programmed 3 colours but i. have no idea what folder color thing they are under, or how i get there? my whip just does the factory settings and turns on and off it’s extremely confusing
It seems as though you may be cycling through your 5 folders when you turn on your whip. If you turn on your whip and see that after 5 clicks you start repeating the same color palettes (note: some pallets look close to the same color) then you simply push and hold on one of the light modes and this will then count as "selecting your folder". From here depending on if you push and hold on the light mode or simply click once and into it will determine if you are editing or selecting the folder. Please try a factory reset and start the programming process over if you feel you did not create your color modes correctly within each of your folders. I hope this helps. Took me working with side by side instruction a few times to get it.
how do i access my color folders after it is programmed? when i turn the whip on now it just cycles thru the factory settings and i can’t find the three colours i programmed
By turning on your whip, it will first cycle through 5 different color modes and these are your "folders". To select a folder you simply push and hold on the light mode first displayed from the starting five and release on light blue. This will enter you into your folder. There is unfortunately no way of visually seeing all the folders and what was programmed at once without going into each folder individually.
