Guys this goes along the lines of eating a pickle for sea sickness. In my younger years I was a long distance cyclist. No matter how well you prepare you will sometimes get muscle cramps after the event. Put a small piece of Ivory Soap in your pocket. I can't explain it but it will help with any sore, pulled, or tired muscle. You can Google it for better information. PS I don't think you need to worry about being mistaken for a tomboy. Just sayin... 😆

Your health must be a concern. The constant throwing up has to be monitored and what that does to your body and your throat over time is serious. Vomiting over long periods of time can cause a dysregulated digestive system where food moving through the digestive tract slows down (gastroparesis). Repeated vomiting can cause dehydration which can cause hypotension (low blood pressure) and tachycardia (rapid or irregular heartbeat).
