In today's sailing video... we began the sail with a small short chop into the waves.... But we only had 15 miles to sail, so it was pretty easy! We sailed 15 miles down the coast of Spain... After hunkering down for 13 days in Port Blanes during consistent heavy wind gusts day and night...
We were excited to arrive at a new location and I (Amber) did something I've ALWAYS wanted to do... this sailor girl climbed 70 feet to the top of our mast 👀
Climbing the mast of your sailboat is a normal thing to do in the world of sailing and sailboats...most cases it involves some sort of project....But I've always always wanted to climb to the top of the mast for the sake of an adventure... Shawn is always the one climbing the mast to do real work. For me, it was for fun. I'll leave the work to Shawn!
