Want to look good naked and be able to move both powerfully & pain free? Can't afford to spend hours in the gym? I got your back! The kettlebell, dumbbell, bodyweight, and barbell "performance cardio" routines I share every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will help inspire new training ideas that aren't just fast acting and effective...but also fun!
Amazing demonstration and variations, thank you! Quick question - how many sets of each variation you recommend? Or do you instead recommend doing all 9 variations in one workout when the goal is hypertrophy and building strength as well? Hope my question isn't confusing, I'm trying to understand what would be a good starting point of sets and reps. Thank you for the great content!
I was making up for a lazy weekend so I added a push up/row/deadlift complex x 5 cycles at the start of each round. Unfortunately I had to do the farmers walk on flat ground. I didn't have a grassy hill available. 😂
@@powskier Got checked in BodPod during my last physical a month ago, and I was right at 19%...That said, I'm not a bodybuilder and don't pretend to be one. I'd honestly rather eat the foods I enjoy, maintain this shape while being happy, and have a high quality of life. I've been below 10% before, and the work required to achieve that made the process miserable.
So basically bro just dropped a click bait title to say "be healthy, live healthy" honestly wouldve respected it far greater if it was even fully addressed in the video.
I've been doing your workouts every day for about a week or so. I gained muscle, I burned some fat, I feel 15yrs younger, my lower back doesn't hurt anymore. so today I've ordered a 2nd kettlebell to do even more
Still have ground to cover, but my ROM is good enough to accommodate overhead pressing now. Still pretty tight, but feeling better and better with every passing day..
Glad to see your recovery going well. I really wish I could do a rack reverse lunge. I just don't have the balance to rack when lunging. I can hold the kettlebells hanging, but topple right over any other way, LOL. I can goblet walking lunge with one. FWIW, I am a 60, (former) runner and cyclist. I have lifted all my life, but only in the past few years have gotten into lunging and split squatting. Hardest thing for me to do, even with no weight.
Lifting 53lbs overhead after surgery that's determination. We oldies are giving this a go and we are sweating a lot here in London courtesy of Coach.Keep them coming sir.
Hello, my father is a close follower of yours. He is a 52-year-old retired police officer. We would appreciate it if you could send him a program. kettlebell 44 lbs, 26lbs
