These are designed to achieve maximum muscle development, burn fat for hours, increase core strength and ultimately help you move more explosively WITHOUT experiencing aches and pains from inflammation and overtraining. Best of all, these workouts typically only take 10 minutes or less, so you can get fast & dramatic results that help you look good naked and perform like a BEAST...without dedicating your life to fitness. (a) Alternating From Top Floor Press (5 reps)
(b) Alternating From Bottom Floor Press (5 reps)
(c) Floor Press (5 reps)
(d) Alternating From Top Iso-Row (5 reps)
(e) Alternating From Bottom Row (5 reps)
(f) Row (5 reps)
(g) Deadlift (5 reps)
(h) Incline Farmers Walk (100 ft.)
[Perform 3 Rds. - Rest 2-3 min. b/w each]

That 53lbs becomes very demanding as the magical third round hits,going down the hill is a "surprise" and a brilliant exercise and preparing us for the hills of Scotland from London UK.Thanks Coach,keep them coming.

I was making up for a lazy weekend so I added a push up/row/deadlift complex x 5 cycles at the start of each round. Unfortunately I had to do the farmers walk on flat ground. I didn't have a grassy hill available. 😂
