But RU-vid is social media!!?? Ive deactivated Facebook and deleted twitter and snapchat but im really struggling with RU-vid. Ive disabled it loads of times and always end up enabling it again. I've had anxiety for years and im convinced this is possibly the problem. What's youre opinion?
2:00 i actually relate to this i was on facebook last year (that was me going there after 2 years) i started looking for people i went to high school with i saw the people who where not smarter than me have settled down have kids good jobs and seen to have a good life . I broke down so bad bcz nothing in my life was going well i felt worthless and questioned my whole existence and felt worthless. So 2 months ago i realised i have depression and anxiety i deleted instagram and facebook. I miss nothing ang i realised all those 3k friends i had on facebook non of them exist in my life .
Great vid, its funny to see for many people that instagram is their kryptonite, ive been talking about this on my channel aswell because it has all the elements of other apps and usually all their friends are on there
The only Social Media I ever had was Facebook but that was a very long time ago of course way back then I only used my account to play some of the games but lost interest in it after they discontinued them nowadays I can barely remember what having a Facebook is like anymore since I got rid of mine almost 11 years ago.😅
Haha, I deleted my Instagram and Tiktok, and left FB for medical school groups. There are good guys out there who are also off social media. Now us social media-less people need to find each other somehow
as someone with adhd and aspergers talking and maintaining friendships can be a challenge but i’m so against social media and the dumbing of america that this shouldn’t be something that shocks ppl.. social media rewires your brain and the dopamine you get from social media is the same that gets released when you smoke, drink, or gamble and funny thing is there are age restrictions on all of those but NONE on social media! what happened to babies sucking on a pacifier?? what happened to real life? i’ve deleted snap tiktok and yubo. can’t bring myself to delete insta but i really want too. my heart is in the right direction and my mindset is there but need more confidence in myself to delete everything bc ppl are fake and narcissistic in the long run the ppl you think care… don’t! ppl are so obsessed with their highlight reels instead of living in the real world! when is the last time you went to a restaurant and didn’t see a family or a group of friends sitting and actually talking to each other they’d rather sit on their phones instead of talk.. what’s really stupid is people that go to concerts and film the whole thing instead of actually watching the performance itself! i need more ppl outside of the loop to talk too and relate with i have one really close friend that shares my mentality on this but that’s it everyone else is a zombie… love the video btw
There is also sooo much plastic surgery nowadays. I’ve seen girls I knew in high school who look like a copy of Kim K. It’s insane. They also pretend to have her lifestyle as well lol.

All types of things. I’m mostly into real crime series. I tend to put RU-vid on the background and I do my day to day things. I think that’s why I’m so much on RU-vid
People watching is truly an art; you have to anticipate someone turning their head so you can divert your eyes somewhere else, in order, to avoid that awkward eye contact. I love the sport 🙂
People say that they use social media because is free but we don´t realize that they're not free. We are paying a huge price , we are paying with our time and time is an asset that once is gone is gone forever. In other words, we are wasting our lives.
Relationships with people shouldn’t feel like a waste. They’re human beings and should be valued more than something transactional. There is no such thing as “wasted” time. But a shared experience. People come into our lives for a lesson or a purpose. I hope that made sense.
I value myself first in every situation. If a “shared experience” with a person is not working out for me, and I can see that it’s damaging my well-being/mental health, then best believe I will leave the situation as fast as possible. That’s what I mean by not wasting my time. Not everybody has a lesson or purpose, sometimes people are assholes. and that’s the harsh truth. Thank you for your comment😊.
@@nylarm4190 a “shared experience” is shared. Sure, you’re experience is valid but, just because it didn’t work out for you, doesn’t mean that that the other party is the value of that experience. Everyone has a purpose and there are lessons to be learned regardless how pleasant or unpleasant it may be. It’s what makes us all human. You are having a human experience, the love, the pain, the hurt, the betrayal, regardless we still strive forward to seek feeling alive. You have to risk yourself always and that’s the truth. You can run away but eventually you’ll have to face the music. Nobody is free from human relationships causing pain. It’s gonna happen it’s not preventable.
