How is a surveyor qualified to do a Wetland scientists job? I think the person you want is a Licensed Wetland Scientist. The Surveyor simply records the flags a Wetland scientist places in the field. With the costs of GPS coming down, many Wetland scientists are doing that in house and foregoing the Surveyor resulting in less cost.
That's awesome. I spoke with Nelson from Easy Button Leads about engaging them for lead generation and I have to say I was pretty disappointed with his attitude. I took that as a red flag and didn't see them as a fit for my company as we grow our business. No need to go any further. GL!
Incredible nuggets on this video!!! Your construction knowledge (planning, utilizing the same wet walls for plumbing, avoiding structural reconfigurations but achieving the desired floor plan) are astonishing and on full display in this video. Thx James.
Do you typically purchase the property and transfer title to yourself and continue the project or do you JV with the investor who needs the bailout so everyone can save some costs?
I just wanted to say Goodmorning to all the people, great video James, I am 100% add value type of investor/project manager for all my real estate and this is my favorite topic , building things better making everything better and top quality. making neighborhoods nicer every time.
Hey this video was making me a bit dizzy tbh. But I have a quick tip for your camera to fix it. When you can, switch the settings to 24 fps and invest in a gimbal. This will make your footage smooth and buttery. Great content though! If you make this change I’ll definitely tune in more
This video was was absolute gold! Thanks James!! Is there a place where we can purchase your budget and financial calculators. Would be great to use yours as a template and adjust for my specific market
@@ProjectRE I did some research and found some cooool things. I was curious how to conjure money from thin air and I have realised money is everywhere. The government also has so many loop holes where you can get free money. you can invest that into a drop servicing business. I prefer talent from nigeria as the other countries charge too much. but it is a little hard to find one without a strong accent. simply keep investing in things that give income then reinvest. The possibilities are endless. like all this from watching your video and it sparked an idea in my mind
Hey, thanks for sharing your thoughts and experiences. I would love an update when the renovation is complete! What I would also be interested in when looking for such properties is whether a decisive factor is when the house was last built/renovated. I assume that houses from the 60s present different challenges than houses from the 90s. Do you have a preference for this criterion?
I am sure the 8 week wholesaling course will be extremely educational & successful. I personally have never wholesaled a property; so, I am sure a lot of potential students have never wholesaled a property either. I am sure people who have done a minimal amount of whole will learn a lot from your expertise. Thanks for creating the course!
Hey my friend I love learning from you I know how much experience you have to share. One little tweak no music in your video would help it's distracting and loud it makes it hard to hear you. Keep Rocking Gator Girl with Pace Morby,'s community
