god i loved this phone, still have mine in a drawer, i want to replace the battery and screen sometime and just use it as a dedicated music/media device, essentially an android equivalent ipod. really easy to work on, i replaced the screen several years back and it was the easiest ive ever done, but if i replace the battery ill probably end up killing the display since theyre so thin, i ended up E6000 the screen on unfortunately
hi, nice explain but got my second screen installed but on both screens didnt work the touchscreen , im so confused, maybe you know how i can fix it , please ❤
FWIW, I've replaced screens successfully on 2 different PH1s several times. Be very careful that the ribbon cable connectors are not damaged. In other words it may be that they are not making a secure connection. This happened to me. I found that when they're connected properly there is a very subtle snapping into place. Hoping this helps.
Hello, i am desesperately looking to buy a fully working Galaxy Note7 for my phone collection. I have the regular Galaxy S7 already, which i will have to restore soon lool. It runs 6.0.1 Marshmallow. I don't care of it's condition. I just want a fully working Note7 with no charging limit and for an average price of -100$ or even less than 80$. Thanks in advance if you know how can i get one.
i use to have a Ipod 7th gen, but i had to blow it, i was at the airport waiting from my flight and i needed to get my stuff ready as the plane arrived i was picking up my luggage and backpack and then i boarded, guess what i forgot, my 7th gen touch,,, i ran off the plane when it was about to leave and it wasnt there, so yeah thats how i lost my 7th gen touch
I have a 20 year-old ipod 5gen with all my old songs on it, but the case and screen are roughed up. If I pop that hard drive into another ipod would it boot up with no extra setup?
Really cool video! Thanks for it. The third link no longer works (as of 5/9/2024), but I easily found that device by searching for: *extreme cf adapter* (I'm sure you might fix that link or whatnot, but anyways) I want to ask about the battery life with an SD card instead of a Hard Disk Drive. How long does the battery last without needing to recharge the iPod? Thanks!
Even though ik you haven't made a vid in almost a year, a tip for differentiating the X and XS: Look at the bottom, if there are 5 holes on the left, it's a X, if there are 3, it's a XS
